The twelve traditional starter Pokémon normally cost $25, just like the rest of the rarity seven Pokémon. If you are purchasing your starting team you are allowed to pick one of those twelve and treat it as though it only cost $10.

So I suggest you reconsider the Pokémon you want to buy and how much you're willing to pay for them, unless you really want me to take $15 extra dollars from you. ;)

(Oh, and I'm not sure if you're in the middle of getting your payment post as I write this, but just in case you aren't don't forget your bank link.)
