Okay, I'll bite. Could you make a banner, similar to the one for the Scratch Sprite Shop in my signature (refresh a few times)?

Name: (I assume you mean Text) Scratch Sprite Shop
Approximate size: 150x300px
BG colors: Blue, white
Effects?: Swirly background, maybe shadows of and spotlights on the pokémon in the picture.
Any characters?: Flatile, Sifirce, and Psychrise.

Reason being I don't really like the quality of the banner in my sig now. Can you do any better?
