Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

ArtMo/DraMo 2009

I'll try. I'm not great at art, but I love drawing.

And I don't keep a sketchbook just cause I would lose it within two days. D:

I have a big, very inconvenient sketchbook I bought for like five euro. They were having a sale and all that paper, bound and so cheap... I couldn't resist :c I'm Dutch okay give me a break.
I do draw on loose paper sheets though I never find them again, haha. The most embarassing moments are when I drew something really gay or porny or something and the cleaning lady leaves it on top of all my other stuff. thnx carla <3
I don't have anything too weird in my sketchbook though because I always have to show it to people (because they're blind I guess). Except for Alwin in a corset. It's terrible though because when I finish a sketchbook I might as well burn it because I never pick it up again :v no one needs to see my shitty old drawings.

Also I might make a tiny profit off my art soon and I'm feeling like such a complete whore because my art is not worth paying for but people want shirts :c

I've just found an old sketchbook that I can use, so I don't really need to worry about paper anymore. Which is good. The latest I'll be able to upload my drawings will be 25th, when I hopefully get my scanner.
Oh, would it be okay to post some of my flipnotes occasionally? It's technically an art form, and the majority of them are just step-by-step guides of me drawing a picture snyways.
Nobody has answered this yet. If examples are needed, then here are some.

@Vlad: Shirts?

<3 want very much

Oh, well, I'll probably be joining then. I'll just use computer paper, cause I'm sure my Graphics Teacher wouldn't appreciate me ripping paper out of my sketchbook for school. Not like it matters much, since we get to keep them and we hardly ever sketch in them(or at least I don't).

And if I don't do a pencil sketch(which probably will wind up being Kirby, in some sort of pose), I'll do a drawing on my Comp. with my tablet.

Sorry to bug you about this Kai, but can you please put my name on the participants list?

Also, are Photoshop touch-ups allowed?

Ah, I thought I had added you two. I'll go do that now.

@Chaon: I dunno, it might be a better idea to ask somebody else because I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean editing an existing drawing on Photoshop or something similar?

I'll probably join in on this, but I have one question before I fully decide.

Is there a specific quality that the pictures have to be? Can they be just doodles or do you have to put heaps of effort into them? I might not have time to put heaps of effort into some pictures, seeing as I'll be on holiday for a week in December meaning that I won't have access to a computer to digitally colour my pictures.

@RaiCH: No, the pictures can be small doodles if you can't do much else. A lot of people posted doodles last year.

What I mean is when I scan in my pictures, can I make the outlining a little darker? My scanner has issues and everything comes out super light.

When scanning you should be able to adjust the brightness and contrast levels anyways. It let's me do so in Paint...I think. Been a while since I scanned something.

Ok cool. I was kinda worried that I'd have to bring all my art supplies with me when I go on holiday.

I'm definately going to join this now, though my pictures may be a little late at times because I'm finishing school in two weeks and I might not have enough time to go on the computer and post my art.

WOOT ArtMo starts tomorrow. I hope you guys are ready, cause I am.

Who here is actually going to color their work? I might for my digital art, but not with my pencil sketches.

I probably will colour my drawings, but don't be surprised if they're sketches that I've already posted.

I remember it starts tomorrow >:V!

I'd like to do some fanarty shit, but if nothing else I'll have an observation drawing of some mundane object for you all to marvel at every day.

Generally it's fairly rare for me to post stuff without taking it into photoshop nowadays. I can edit things quite quickly though, so it's not a problem

ArtMo is coming~

I'm planning to have multiple drawings on one sheet of paper so I can save paper and not have to scan as much. But yeah. Expect lots of sketches.

@Chaon: Hey, it's part of the art process, so of course it's allowed! I do that to all of my pictures, otherwise you'll never see a thing I've drawn.

ArtMo starts tomorrow, eh? Well, I'll cook up whatever sketches I can, though there's probably going to be one showing up every three days or so? Can't wait to see what you guys are going to come up with :3

Oh wow, it's really tommorow! I need to do lots of birthday/Christmas presents for people that I owe them, so I'll most likely spend the whole month doing that. It'll be a good time to catch up~ I'm so horribly late on some of them. ;~;
