Blazhy vs. Typh

Crazy Linoone

broke ASB
3vs3 Single
Style: Set
DQ: 1 Week
Damage Cap: 50%
Banned Moves: OHKOs, direct healing, Chills, Perish Song, Baton Pass, U-Turn
Arena: Outside the Battle Arena (yes I jacked this from the tournaments)

The battle takes place right outside the Battle Frontier's Battle Arena facility, out in the open air. The immediate area is covered in nicely manicured grass and a few flowers. The Arena building itself is surrounded on three sides by water and a small pond sits on the other side of the battlers, so water moves can be used and Water-types that need to swim can do so. The battlers cannot move away from the immediate area, so heading towards the plaza or another facility is forbidden.

Since this match is happening so close to the Arena, it seems such a shame not to follow Greta's rules... or, at least, a variation on them. As such, both battlers will send out their PokÈmon and attack for three battle rounds (a total of 9 attacks per PokÈmon) before the ref calls a halt. After the three rounds both PokÈmon are recalled and unable to continue in the current battle, and their current health, energy and status are noted for later. Both trainers will then send out their next Pokémon and continue for the next three rounds. At the end (which should be nine total rounds), the health and energy of all Pokémon is totaled and whichever trainer has the highest score wins.

The following rules also apply:

-If a Pokémon has fainted, either due to HP loss OR energy loss, the battle stops right where it is (even if it has not yet been three rounds) and both Pokémon are recalled. Fainted PokÈmon DO still count toward the final score, but as either their health or their energy is at 0% they won't add anywhere near as much.

-If, at the end of the three rounds, a battler is afflicted with a status condition, that condition detracts from their final score as follows:

Paralyzed, Burned, Confused: -10 points
Poisoned, Attracted: -15 points
Asleep, Frozen: -20 points

If the Pokémon has more than one status condition, only the first one they were afflicted with detracts full points; all others afterwards only detract five, no matter what they are.

*spits out tea* Pfffff! I wasn't expecting this to be taken so fast! D: I was planning to modify my team after the 3rd round of the tournament started... Mmfgh, no matter. Thanks, Linoone, at any rate :3

Rrrgh... Ah, let us start with a Pokemon that has never been used before, eh? Xenon, you're up.

and I was gonna throw all my battles for money and buy a dratini- I MEAN.

Kuudere, you know what to do.

Attract ol' floaty there, then tease with a Toxic. Finally, Rock Tomb.

Mmm, you're faster, so use Skill Swap to decrease your mental capabilities, hurdur. Then, throw up a 15% Substitute to block the Toxic. Finally, lob a Shadow Ball at that delicious piece of unagi.

The sun was shining, the taillows were squawking, the grass was green, a few tufts of pure white clouds were floating gently in the sky...

And the referee was not pleased.

The two trainers watched as the referee stormed onto the battlefield while carrying a huge stack of extremely thick books. The referee dropped the books on the nicely manicured grass with a loud thump, adjusted its beret and looked around for its referee flags. After a little while of watching the referee look around in vain, a battler finally pointed out that the flags were being used as bookmarks in a very thick blue book titled "The Official SAT Guide". The referee thanked the trainer grumpily and pulled out its referee flags, successfully toppling its stack of large, thick books on the way. More cursing followed, and the trainers took it upon themselves to release their pokemon while the referee attempted to pull its foot out from a stack of books.

A twin burst of light later, a small purple balloon and a small gray eel had materialized on the battlefield (or in, in the case of the small gray eel), and the referee had dug itself out from under the pile of books. "Round start," it said huffily and settled on the ground, opening one of those very thick books.

Round 1

Bobbing in the air, Xenon the drifloon decided not to question why he was still floating if he was filled with xenon and instead focused on more important problems, like the gray eel thing in the pond in front of it. The balloon focused, feeling the aura around his opponent. It was kind of blue, probably because it's a water type, and kinda slimy to boot. Xenon glowed faintly as he transferred his own aura to the barboach and copied the barboach's old energy signature. The gray eel's energy feels weird, Xenon noted, and what was she trying to do, bouncing around like that?

Kuudere, on the other hand, was attempting to woo the purple balloon. She was saying every single flattering phrase she could think of and moving in the most seducing was possible, but the balloon just stared at her blankly. The barboach sighed and gave up, sinking deeper into the pond. Maybe the balloon is gay or something. Honestly.

Still feeling quite bored, since nothing is happening, Xenon decided to be particularly creative with his substitute. He collected some air in front of him and compressed it until it almost seemed solid, and, glowing faintly again, put some of his life energy into the ball of air. The air took on a slight purple hue and looked exactly like Xenon, if not for the fact that Xenon is not see through and not completely made out of air. Xenon admired his creation. It was a nice round shape, but needs more purple...

Kuudere, meanwhile, had been gathering poisonous substances in her mouth. She popped her head out of the water and spat out the purple goo at the balloon -- only for the Substitute to jump in the way. Despite being made out of air, the Substitute held up rather well and turned into a deep shade of purple. Xenon grinned and thanked the barboach. It was now perfect~

But a battle is still a battle, and, even if the gray eel thing had helped him paint his substitute, he still had to fight. It simply wouldn't do for him to disobey orders! A dark orb of energy gathered in front of the X-shaped mark on Xenon's face, and, when the energy ball grew large enough, he launched it at the barboach. The Shadow Ball smashed into the water with a pretty splash, spraying water droplets into the air and made a little rainbow. Ah, Hoenn is such a nice place~ Xenon decided that he wanted to move here when he retire.

Kuudere was in too much pain to notice the rainbow, and she roared, bouncing out of the water, and smashed her tail into the ground (ow, that hurt), before flopping back into the water with another pretty splash and rainbow. Pillars of rocks shot out of the ground around Xenon, and, before the balloon had time to react, collapsed. Thankfully, for Xenon at least, the purple Substitute leapt into the falling rocks and pushed Xenon out of the way. As the rocks came tumbling down, Xenon could only watch in horror as his creation was crushed.

At least it was not him, he supposed.

The round looks fine, Linoone~ Though because I'm lazy and can't be arsed to figure it out on my own, can you post the current scores in the next round or something? Thanks~

Noooo Xenon you must avenge your Substitute! Muster your rage! Kuudere shall pay. I'm not sure if your Substitute will protect you since it's kinda, y'know, crushed, so let's play safe and use Hypnosis. The only thing Kuudere can really do to avoid it is Protect, so if she does use it, tuck a good 20% energy away in the form of a StickStockpile.

Next, if Kuudere's not asleep, well that sucks. But we can still spam Shadow Ball, 'miright? If she's asleep, then Dream Eater (health). And if she's Protecting, well, let's play with our luck a bit and use Focus Energy. Lather, rise, repeat.

The referee stared intently at a page on the blue book, muttering nonsense all the while. "Passive voice, yedda yadda, whatever... Subject-verb agreement error, no.... What the heck is this, no... More ambiguity, no... Ugh." Producing a No. 2 pencil from its beret, the referee proceeded to mark something on the blue book before looking up at the battlers. "Oh, right. Round two, start..."

Round 2

Xenon hovered in the air, worriedly looking at the pile of rocks. His poor substitute has, somehow, survived the Rock Tomb and is currently struggling to get out. But. He turned his attention back to the barboach. Whether the barboach Protects or not will determine his next move...

His trainer had dictated that Kuudere should put up a Protect, and the barboach supposed that a little bit of wasted energy is more desirable to falling asleep and becoming defenseless, but still. Sighing, the barboach focused, forming a glowing wall of green energy in front of her that will shield her from any oncoming attacks, which Kuudere knew to be nonexistent.

Seeing the Protect, Xenon decided that option to use Hypnosis is eradicated. So Stockpile it is~ Giving one more glance to his Substitute, which seemed to have started to deflate, Xenon started glowing faintly again -- why did all of his attacks involve glowing faintly? -- and stored some energy for backup. More like "backup", Xenon knows, since his trainer is infamous for her Stockpile spam, but there's no point ruining the surprise. The energy reserve made Xenon look slightly more inflated than before.

Meanwhile, Kuudere sighed and let her Protective shield dissipate. There really wasn't a point for keeping it around any longer, she thought bleakly. Then a Shadow ball slammed into her face, making another big splash and a rainbow. Xenon bobbed up and down happily, glad that his attack had hit, while Kuudere seethed with rage. Her spherical opponent is really irritating. Muttering some profane words, the barboach dived into the bottom of the pond and dug into the soft mud. A little wriggling later, Kuudere managed to make a comfortable burrow beneath the ground. There.

Xenon peered into the little pond, trying to figure out where the gray eel had gone. There had been a little puff of dirt, but that was about all he knew. Not sure where exactly to aim his Shadow Ball, Xenon decided to chuck it into the pond; after all, it makes a pretty rainbow when it hits the water, not to mention sparkles. Xenon loved sparkles. Sparkles are one of the most important parts of life! Drawing up some energy, the ebullient drifloon created anther ball of ghastly energy and launched it into the pond. The energy ball hit the water with a loud splash, sending up another spray of clear water droplets. The sunlight glinted off the droplets, making the water sparkle brightly as well as creating a small rainbow. At the same time, with a small pop, Xenon's substitute had finally gotten itself out of the tomb of rocks and hovered unsteadily in the air, the caustic Toxic still on its face; it seemed like a miracle that the Substitute was still in one piece, seeing that it resembles a raisin more than anything else right now.

Kuudere, by that time, had been busy digging. It had taken a while for her to locate the drifloon, and that was only because its substitute moved. Orienting herself, the barboach faced upwards and rapidly dug up, feeling the water from the pond pushing behind her as she rushed up. The barboach burst through the soft earth and flew through the air, a jet of water pushing her from behind (where did the water come from again?). The drifloon was just out of reach, however, and Kuudere cursed as gravity took hold and yanked her out of the sky. She fell onto the nicely manicured grass and watched spitefully as the oblivious drifloon floated overhead. A fountain of water continued to squirt out of the small hole she had made, wetting the grass and making it slightly more tolerable. Kuudere fumed.

Xenon, meanwhile, was giggling at the rainbow and sparkles the small fountain made. Maybe he had been filled with too much helium?

There is a pile of rocks next to Xenon, and the small patch of grass underneath the pile of rocks are long dead from the Toxic. There is a small, barboach-sized tunnel; one of its openings is at the bottom of the pond, and the other is on dry (well, not anymore) ground a few feet away from the pond, right next to Xenon, where a thin jet of water about three feet tall is spraying out like a fountain, making pretty sparkles and rainbows and slowly draining the pond. Kuudere is flopping on the grass next to the fountain. Greta will not be pleased.

Notes:
- Linoone is stuffing SAT vocab into the reffings because Linoone can then claim that it is studying for the SATs when it's not.
- Linoone's spellchecker died a long with her computer. So there's probably tons of mistakes in here.
- If there's a double post or a triple post, it's probably because TCoD likes being weird and won't let me delete them.
- In case anyone cares, SAT is this annoying standardized testing in the US of the A that is a major pain in the butt.
- Now, for the more important information....

:D Things seem to be looking up, Xenon! Also Linoone = super-fast ref.

...though Kuudere doesn't seem to have taken any damage...? o.o

This round's gonna be simple. Spit Up (you saw that coming), Hypnosis, and then Dream Eater if Kuudere's asleep - health, if you please. If Kuudere's not asleep by the 3rd action, just use Hypnosis again. That -20 points is just too delicious to pass up.

Spit Up ~ Hypnosis ~ Dream Eater (health)/Hypnosis

The referee had been churning through the SAT study guide and was now... making paper airplanes? It seemed like the referee snapped. Or something, because it was muttering incomprehensible words as its stack of paper airplanes built up. "Pshhooooshhhh~ And then the dinosaurs went extinct~" The referee giggled and smashed the paper airplane into the ground. One of the trainers cleared her throat. "Oh, sorry, round start~ Llamas~ Hahaha~" The referee said and waved its referee flags.

Rainbows~ Are so pretty~ Xenon thought to himself. And his trainer is so predictable; he didn't even need to be clairvoyant to figure out what was coming next. Bobbling up and down, his demented substitute floating along with him, Xenon drew up the energy he had Stockpiled earlier and focused it. Turning down to face the flopping barboach, a sharp, white glow surrounded Xenon as a blob of similarly glowing energy formed in front of the X shaped marking on his head. Then, he fired the beam of pure energy, watching with delight as the white glare caused the rainbow to become brighter and more defined.

Pain was inevitable. Kuudere, still flopping, was suddenly blinded by a bright burst of light, then a horrible, horrible pain spread through her body. She couldn't even scamper away because, one, she did not have legs and thus can't scamper, and two, she was flopping on the ground with no good way to move herself. When the light finally faded, Kuudere lay on the ground, in too much pain to move. Alas, a battle is still a battle, and she wasn't done yet. Electric sparks jumped across her body, and the barboach gave a particularly thump to the ground with her tail and launched herself into the air, attempting to get rid of that stupid balloon once and for all -- only for the shriveled, deflated, raisin of a Substitute to get in her way. The substitute absorbed the electricity and popped on contact, leaving Kuudere falling to the ground yet again.

Landing heavily on the grass (owch), Kuudere's instinct told her that someone was glaring at her. She looked up, only to see Xenon with a facial expression best described as a grin. A faint purple aura covered Xenon, and Kuudere could feel something entering her brain. Her vision started blurring, and wouldn't be so nice if she could just... zzzz.... Her command forgotten, Kuudere sank into a blissful slumber.

Xenon bobbled up and down happily. The round had turned into a debacle for the barboach, and Xenon was getting quite the upper-hand. His eyes glowing pink, Xenon consumed the barboach's dreams. It kinda tasted like chicken.

Kuudere squirmed uncomfortably, but stayed asleep.

Then again I'm not in college why am I complaining- *shot*

Anyhow, I'd like to get an evolution out of this so Kohryuu, you're up. *bling bling*

Well we don't have any super-effective moves or anything but blah, we'll have to make do. ...And will you look at that, Onix and Skarmory have the same speed. This is going to be... interesting.
First action, Kohryuu, give me a Stealth Rock. I want you to execute this as quick as you can, hmkay? Try to ignore any Taunts Zenigata may throw at you! If you're too slow, though, and become Taunted before you can use Stealth Rock, gimme an Ancientpower instead.
Next action, let's test our luck and see what type our Hidden Power is. If Zenigata is unreachable save for a Substitute, use Sandstorm.
Hurdur... Finally, let's let it fly with a Stone Edge, shall we? If Zenigata has clones or is preparing a Counter... well, damn, the only thing that really fits my criteria is Dragon Pulse. Make the Dragon Pulse widespread in case of clones.
And finally, if Zenigata gets the command to use attacking moves for the entire round, Bide. Though Fly's technically an offensive move, don't use Bide if Zenigata is commanded to stay in the air, and if he tries to be tricky and dodge your Bide with Fly, wait until he comes down before striking. Oh, and you can take your time in releasing the Bide at any rate ;D

Stealth Rock/Ancientpower/Bide ~ Hidden Power/Sandstorm/Bide ~ Stone Edge/Dragon Pulse/Bide (wait and release)

Something tells me there's a critical flaw here...

Edit: Also woah how did this end up so long?

The trainers took it upon themselves to recall their pokemon after the round had ended; their referee didn't seem to be quite right in the mind at this moment....

The referee had now made three origami creatures that look suspiciously like the trainers and itself, complete with movable wings and a beret. A pile of crashed paper airplanes sat nearby, shuffling occasionally in the faint breeze. The referee was now playing with the origami figures. "Prepare for awesome~ And make it a foursome~" The referee exclaims, "To protect our word from devastation~ To unite all people within our nation~ To denounce the evils of truth an love~ To extend our reach to the starts above~" The miniature Blazhy was now flying in the air with the miniature referee riding on top. "Crazy! Linoone! The referee is reffing at the speed of light! Post your orders now so we can continue the fight! Linoone~ That's right!"

The sky crackled, and an ASBgodlightening shot down, effectively frying the referee and setting all its origami foldings and SAT prep books on fire. Sizzling, the referee waved a flag. "Round start..."

Typh was the first to send out. She quickly tossed her pokeball as if she had been preparing for this occasion. A burst of white light later, a red and gray metal bird with a sharp beak and even sharper eyes materialized on the battlefield. Nimbly pulling out a pokeball from a hammerspace with a ninjatoe, Blazhy, too, sent out her pokemon: a long rock snake, whose sheer size made the referee dwarf in comparison. Then again, the referee had never been tall in the first place.

Round 4

Humming some strange tune to himself, the onix smashed his tail into the ground, sending a tremor through the soft earth. Small rocks of varying sizes but all of a deadly sharpness burst out of the ground, overturning the nicely manicured grass. The rocks, their sharp edges glinting dangerously in the sun, hovered in a circle around Zenigata, who had been momentarily distracted by the sparkly water droplets from the fountain. Snapping his attention back (ohh, more sparklies), the skarmory peered through the veil of rocks and, without any difficulty (anyone missing the onix needs to get his or her or its eyes or eye checked, now), his sharp eyes found his target. Ho-hum, Spikes, yes? Zenigata flicked a wing, sending a flurry of sharp, pointy skarmory feathers flying towards the onix. The feathers scattered themselves on the ground next to Kohryuu; while the feathers may look harmless and shiny, anyone accidentally stepping on them will be very surprised, not to mention in a lot of pain.

Satisfied with his handiwork, Zenigata relaxed his muscles and started running, his claws digging into the ground and slicing any grass unfortunate enough to be underfoot into little pieces. However, the floating rocks seem to put it upon themselves to float to exactly he was trying to run, and, after pointlessly crashing into those stupid things several times, Zenigata decided to give up. The little exercise had loosened up his muscles a bit, and he felt faster than before.

Careful not to slide on any of those sharp, pointy-looking feathers, Kohryuu experimentally charged up a ball of energy in his mouth. The grass felt muddy and he wasn't too pleased, but the round had just started, and there was still a lot of time to kick some skarmory butt. Sending a prayer to the RNG gods, Kohryuu opened his gaping mouth and shot out a flashing beam of energy. The energy seemed to be a bit unsure at first, changing colors as it flew towards the skarmory, but it finally settled on a disgusting purple color when it passed through the wall of rocks and smashed into the skarmory. Instead of causing any devastating effects like Kohryuu and his trainer had hoped, Zenigata only blinked, a bit confused. Was that supposed to be an attack? Because it did not hurt, at all.

Whatever. Perhaps flying up will get rid of those pesky rocks. Zenigata, boosted by his previous Agility, spread his wings and leapt into the air, feeling the ninja rocks cutting into his body. At first, he had some trouble getting lift, for the stupid rocks keep on getting into his way, but he finally caught an updraft and opened his wings wide, slowing circling with the warm air as he climbed up. He couldn't see the rainbow from this angle, but the overall sight is much better. Zenigata looked down and wagged his wing tauntingly at the sad, ground-locked onix, who was fuming on the ground. Zenigata decided to drop by and visit; after all, the rock snake has no wings. Angling his wings, the skarmory swooped down and pretended to scratch at the onix's head before pulling up again, crackling with glee all the while. Kohryuu, annoyed, waved his sharpened tail in the air to try to catch the nimble bird, only to slide onto one of those pointy, sharp feathers the skarmory had scattered earlier. Stupid bird.

Zenigata was not amused anymore, however, when he finally pulled up to full height and found some rocks waiting for him.

A thin jet of water about three feet tall is spraying out like a fountain from the hole, making pretty sparkles and rainbows while slowly draining the pond. Most of the grass had been overturned, exposing the dirt and rocks underneath.

Some pointy and sharp Spikes have been scattered on the onix's side; anyone stepping on those will receive 2% damage.

Highly amused x3 While you're still up there, how bout an Icy Wind, hmm? But if ol' Fuhrer Blazhy-aru decided to go with a Bide, go ahead and use Metal Sound (purified move, iirc correctly they can be used)
Hum-te-dum, you have to land now~ if you can fly down and land on the ground that'd be great. Go use Steel Wing if Icy Wind was executed, if not Twister

Buhhh stupid forums nerfed Typh's post OTL Also was it wrong to find the intro so amusing? I HAVE A NEW RIDER.

Well, let's start with Rock Polish to make yourself faster than that birdy up there. I'm pretty sure Icy Wind will have its accuracy dimished, at the very least, from this distance, so don't worry too much about it.
After that... well, since you can't use many attacks that are effective against a Skarmory, let's be creative! After Zenigata lands, muster up the biggest Rock Tomb you can and try to bury him, or trap him on the ground somehow. S'okay if you need to use some extra energy to do so~ What we need most is to have Zenigata grounded.
Finally, if Zenigata is grounded, you should now be faster than him. While he's struggling to get out, why not put a couple of dents in him with Earthquake? If Rock Tomb missed or Zenigata's not buried or my logic fails something (likely), then pshhh let's just be reckless and use Stone Edge. And do be a dear and don't miss, kthxbai. *shakes fist at RNG gods*

Rock Polish ~ Rock Tomb ~ Earthquake/Stone Edge

The referee had made a little campfire with its burning SAT preparation books and was now roasting marshmallows -- or pretending to, anyway, for, on a closer inspection, one can see that the referee was just a pyromaniac and was burning little pieces of grass and paper on a stick. Or perhaps the referee was truly insane, because it had made a little relic headband out of scrap paper and, setting several burning sticks into the ground next to the fire, started dancing, muttering some mystical words under its breath. What the referee was saying was an enigma that nobody really cared about. It was probably just gibberish.

One of the trainers, RandomTyphoon, decided that she better order attacks before the referee completely loses its mind, on the assumption that the referee hadn't completely lost its mind already. However, the moment her commands left her mouth, a large cod leapt out of the referee's fire, gulped the air, and plopped back into the flames with a splash. A faint aroma of tea wafted through the fields as the referee crackled evilly. It would all have been very scary if not for the fact that the sun was shining nicely overhead and making a nice, pretty rainbow in the little fountain of water a few meters away from the referee.

As the result of the sudden appearance of the tea-cod, Blazhy never heard RandomTyphoon's commands and continued to sit on the ground idly. It was only after a flying referee flag hit her head did the mechanical dragon realize what was going on and made her orders.

A wave (since there was only one flag left) of the referee flag later, the round began.

Round 5

Zenigata flapped his wings once, twice, feeling the nice, warm air through his feathers. The sky was a beautiful blue, and he really wanted to enjoy soaring a little longer... The skarmory looked at the hulking bulk of an onix on the ground. The rock snake was pathetic, grounded, never knowing the beauty of the sky. Zenigata almost felt sorry for the snake. Thus, it was best to put an end to the onix's misery early. Taking careful aim at the rock snake, the skarmory drew up ice cold energy stored within and coughed it out (it was hard using attacks that was not his element), freezing the air in front of him. With a flap of his wings, Zenigata sent the slurry of ice and wind towards the onix. However, the distance had been too great; with the sun beaming overhead, by the time the Icy Wind reached Kohryuu, it could probably be counted as a Chill instead. An ASBgodlightening shot out of the clear blue skies and struck the referee on the head.

Kohryuu shuddered a bit in the cold breeze, but was otherwise fine. Grinding his body with his head spike, the onix soon became a lot smoother than before, gaining an almost mirror-like quality. Kohryuu had to be very careful though; the sharp Spikes around him were basically waiting for him to impale himself. After he was done, the onix looked expectantly at the skarmory.

Zenigata sighed. The Icy Wind didn't seem like it did much, and he had to land now. Slowly spiraling downwards, the skarmory tried very hard to not crash into those annoying floating rocks. However, despite his careful maneuvers, quite a few ninja rocks still nicked him, and by the time Zenigata landed on the ground lightly, a few feet away from the fountain, he was missing not just a few feathers. Zenigata looked at his opponent. The rock snake had a creepy grin on its mouth, and it's shiny now, to boot. Something was definitely off... Before Zenigata could figure out what was wrong though, Kohryuu roared, lifted up his tail, and smashed it into the ground. The ground trembled, and huge pillars of rock and dirt shot out of the ground around the skarmory, then collapsed, burying Zenigata under a pile of rubble. Instead of celebrating, however, Kohryuu was busy nursing his tail -- a Spike had conveniently placed itself right under his tail when he used Rock Tomb, and now the sharp feather had wedged itself into his rocky skin.

Newly polished rocks sliding smoothly, Kohryuu gingerly lifted his tail and peered closely at the ground, trying to make sure that he wasn't about to slam into any spikes. The grass field was turning into a muddy pond from the water fountain, and that made the Spikes hard to make out. Deciding that the ground was safe, Kohryuu slammed his tail into the ground again, sending a huge tremor through the battlefield. The ground heaved as the seismic wave passed through, and Zenigata, trapped under a tomb of rocks, felt the worst of the Earthquake as the shaking ground underneath tossed him around like an expert juggler throwing chainsaws. When the tremor finally stopped, Zenigata was sore and beaten, injured not only by the Earthquake but also by the jumping pile of rocks. However, the Earthquake did create one advantage for the skarmory: the Rock Tomb had been jiggled loose, and, with a bit more struggling, Zenigata managed to pull himself out of the suffocating pile of dirt and pebble.

Bah, dammit, he knew landing was not a good idea! Spitting out some dirt, Zenigata focused his energy into his wings, hardening his muscles. As the skarmory charged forward, his wings gaining a strange metallic sheen, he crashed straight into a conveniently placed floating rock. Squawking indigently, Zenigata batted the Stealth Rock away and tried again, running at the rock snake (who was nursing his tail again -- another Spike had decided that rock is a better place than dirt and embedded itself into his skin) with his metallic wings outstretched. The skarmory crashed through the fountain (it was too much effort to run around it) and, using his hardened wings like a blade, sliced at onix. Sparks flied as metal scraped against rock, and Kohryuu screeched in pain as Zenigata backed off, flicking water off his wings and creating another pretty rainbow. Zenigata looked condescendingly at the onix, before cringing in pain -- seemed like he had stepped on one of his own Spikes.

Terrain Notes
There is a pile of rocks next to Kohryuu, and the small patch of grass underneath the pile of rocks are long dead from the Toxic. There is a small, barboach-sized tunnel; one of its openings is at the bottom of the pond, and the other is on muddy ground a few feet away from the pond. A thin jet of water about three feet tall is spraying out like a fountain from the hole, making pretty sparkles and rainbows while slowly draining the pond. Most of the grass had been overturned, exposing the dirt and rocks underneath. There is a very large pile of rocks next to Zenigata.

Some pointy and sharp Spikes have been scattered on the onix's side; anyone stepping on those will receive 2% damage.

Notes:
- Icy Wind only dealt 2% damage and no speed loss because the sun was shining and the day was nice and Zenigata was all the way up high in the sky.
- Fly (down) didn't use much energy because it wasn't used as an attack.
- But Steel Wing used more energy because Zenigata had to struggle out of the rock pile before he could attack
- Zenigata lost his +1 speed boost due to (injuries caused by) the Rock Tomb
- Earthquakes are scary. Especially with STAB.
- Bad puns ahoy!
- Blazhy be attacking first next

Haha, Chill- *ASBgodlighteninig'd*

*dusts self off* Uhh... okay! Well my brain is kinda dead so... Spam Stone Edge. If you can't use it for any reason, use Ancientpower instead. Also use Ancientpower if Zenigata tries to Counter. And finally, if Zenigata is in the air, use Twister and see if you can't blow 'im into those Stealth Rocks. Also use Twister and try to whip stuff around if there are clones, and if Zenigata is Protecting/Detecting/whatever - in the case of the latter, make it as weak as you can.

Critical flaw activate?! :D;

Kay then, let's see your Hidden Power type~ Steel Wing it (but get in close first; if Stone Edge prevents this go with Flash Cannon) and then Tailwind for speed advantages.
