My paradoy of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, and if you haven't played the first game, it does follow the main plot. I find it funny, but here are the first 2 chapters. It is written it script because I find it easier to write nonsense in.
Pokemon Demented Dungeon: Green rescue team.

Prologue: Butterfree needs help
or butter is attacking.
One day Piggy the Spoink was walking down the road when he sees a Charmander on the ground.
Piggy: Oh! Poor thing!
Piggy ran up to the Charmander, who gets up.
Charmander: Where am I?
Piggy: We’re in the meadow outside of town.
Charmander: Which town?
Piggy: Pokemon Square of course. What’s your name?
Charmander: Snorlax.
Piggy: WTH.
Snorlax: I’m joking. My real name is Ekans.
Piggy: This is not funny anymore.
Ekans: Fine, jerk. My name is Firey.
Piggy: Wait, if this is Green rescue team shouldn’t it be in Japanese?
Firey: (Insert Japanese symbols here)
Piggy: Okay…
Butterfree appears from nowhere.
Butterfree: OMG, OMG, Caterpie has fallen in a fissure in Tiny Woods. Rescue him now!
Firey: Or what?
Butterfree: Die!
Piggy: Butter is attacking. Let’s get out of here.
Firey and Piggy dash into the woods.
Firey: Look, a wurmple. Let’s kill it.
Piggy: Darn! I’m only level 5 and I only know Splash.
Firey: Oh well.
He starts scratching the wurmple and it dies.
Wurmple 2: They killed Freddy. Now they must die!
Other Wurmples: Yeah!
Piggy uses splash and lands on a wurmple and crushes it.
Wurmple 3: -_-
The wurmples run away. A Sunkern comes and uses absorb on Firey.
Firey: …
Firey uses growl and Sunkern runs away.
Piggy: This is demented, and I get a feeling the entire story is going to be like this.
Trust me, it is.
Pidgey: AAAAHHHHHH!!!! TALKING VOICES FROM THE SKY!!!
Piggy: When did you get here?
Pidgey: I was here the whole time.
Exeggcute: They tried to hurt us.
Pidgey: They must die!
Exeggcute uses hypnosis, but he misses, and it hits Pidgey, who falls asleep. The two pokemon beat up exeggcute and move on.
Piggy: Hey look, a fissure.
Firey: I wonder what’s inside it.
Caterpie: Help me or die!
Piggy: Why does everybody threaten us?
Firey helps caterpie up.
Congratulations, you’ve completed a mission. Go back to your base or die.
Piggy: We don’t have a base.
To bad.
The duo leaves the dungeon and finds Butterfree in the meadow.
Butterfree: Yay! You rescued Caterpie. You did such a good job, you should form a rescue team.
Firey: I don’t want to.
Butterfree: Then die!
Piggy: Fine! We’ll form a rescue team.
Butterfree: Okay.
All 4 go back to Pokemon Square.
Piggy: Here’s my base.
Firey: How did we get a base in such short notice?
Piggy: Plot hole.
Firey: Ah. Hey, wait. Wasn’t Butterfree supposed to give us 3 berries?
Butterfree: Oh, yeah, I forgot. Here you go.
She gives the duo 3 doom seeds, and leaves.
Piggy: -_-
End of Chapter.
Chapter 1:Thunder is scary
or starting the darn team.
Firey wakes up and finds out Piggy isn’t in his room. He walks outside for no reason.
Piggy: Hey, here comes Peliper.
Peliper: I have mail.
He drops a letter and a toolbox, and leaves. Inside the toolbox there are 3 more doom seeds, and a badge in the shape of a skull.
Skull: I am your rescue team badge. Use me to teleport out of a dungeon when you complete a mission.
Firey: Can’t we just use you when we feel like it?
Skull: No! If you do you die!
Letter: Read me, or Die!
Piggy: Great. I haven’t been awake for an hour, and now inanimate objects are threatening to kill me.
Firey reads the letter.
Firey: It says to rescue some Magnamite I’ve never heard of.
Butterfree: Rescue Them, or Die!
Piggy: Psycho Butter is attacking! Run Away!
The duo runs off and stops in front of a cave.
Magnemite 1: You actually came BZBZBZZ!
Magnemite 2: Rescue the 2 magnemite in the cave and you will get a seed, berry, and some money BZBZBZZ.
Piggy: The reward sounds good, but I’m too tired. Can’t I do this tomarrow.
Magnemite 1: Do it now, or Die BZBZBZZ!
The duo runs into the cave and finds a rattata. Piggy uses splash and kills the Rattata.
Rattata 2: They killed Freddy! Now they must die!
Firey: What’s with all the guys named Freddy?
Poochyena: I don’t know.
Rattata 3: Is your name Freddy?
Poochyena: Yes, it is.
Rattata 2: You stole his name! Die!!!
The Rattatas beat up Poochyena. The duo moves on and finds a Voltorb.
Voltorb: Thou shall not pass.
Piggy rams the Voltorb, who goes flying and hits a Nidoran. Nidoran turns into red energy and gets sucked up into Voltorb.
Firey: …
They keep walking and find a Plusle and a Minun.
Piggy: How cute!
Plusle: You called us cute! Now you must DIE! Helping Hand.
Minun: Thunder!
Piggy gets hit hard, and is K.O.ed. Firey get fire in his eyes.
Firey: Pepare to Die!!!
Firey uses ember on all of them. They both die.
Firey: Piggy fainted. Now what should I do?
Firey finds a reviver seed and puts it in Piggy’s mouth. Piggy wakes up.
Piggy: Let’s go!
They keep walking and they find a Skarmory.
Firey: You aren’t supposed to appear until the next dungeon.
Skarmory: I don’t care. You insulted me, so now you must…
Piggy: Yes, I know, Die.
Skarmory: Actually, I was going to say get paid, but if you insist.
RPG Battle
Firey: 20
Piggy: 25
Vs.
Skarmory: 90
Piggy: This is so cheap.
Firey uses Ember. 26 damage.
Firey: This is easy.
Piggy uses psywave. 2 damage.
Skarmory uses leer. Firey’s defense is lowered.
Firey: 20 (lowered defense)
Piggy: 25
Vs.
Skarmory: 72
Firey uses Ember. 19 damage.
Firey: Hey.
Skarmory: That’s for horses.
Piggy uses Splash. Water lands on Skarmory’s head. 70 damage.
Firey: -_-
Skarmory uses peck. Firey took 20 damage. Firey fainted.
Piggy: 25
Vs.
Skarmory: 2
Piggy uses psywave. 30 damage. Skarmory fainted. Battle over. Piggy and Firey win. Firey wakes up.
Piggy: How come at first Psywave did 2 damage, then next time it did 30 damage?
Firey: It’s one of the effects of Psywave.
Piggy: Oh.
They keep walking and find 2 magnemite.
Magnemite 3: Unstick us or die BZBZBZZ.
Firey: Fine.
Firey pries them apart.
You completed a mission. You can’t go any farther.
They go back to the entrance of the dungeon.
Magnemite 1: You rescued them. Here’s your award BZBZBZZ.
He hands them a chewed up berry, 1 Poke, and a doom seed.
Firey: -_-
Magnemite 4: Let us fuse BZBZBZZ.
Magnemites numbers 1, 2, and 4 fuse into a Magneton.
Magneton: Shiny BZBZBZZ!
He touches a red stone on the ground and evolves into a Magnezone.
Piggy: He isn’t in this game!
Magnezone: Do not question things you cannot understand BZBZBZZ!
Piggy: but…
Magnezone: You didn’t obey me. Now you must die BZBZBZZ.
He chases Piggy around.
Magnemite: I didn’t evolve BZBZBZZ. Let me join your team or die BZBZBZZ!
Firey: Sure.
Butterfree: Give him a nickname or die!
Piggy, Firey, and Mag (Magnemite’s new name) go back to their base.
End of Chapter.
Chapter 2: Missions and Kidnapping,
or Help Bowser’s Army.
While Firey is sleeping, he has a strange dream.
Voice: You are actually a human.
Firey: What!?
You transformed before the tiny woods mission.
Firey: This is weird.
Piggy taps Firey and gets him to wake up.
Firey: Why’d you wake me up!? A voice told me I’m a human, then you woke me up!
Piggy: How was I supposed to know?! I just woke you up to give you a tour of the town.
Firey: Okay.
Piggy: …
They go outside.
Piggy: This is Kangaskhan storage. You store items here when you don’t want to loose them. This is the Kecleon shop. I wonder what they are selling today?
Green Kecloen: 10 doom seeds for the price of 1. Buy them or die.
Firey: Fine.
He buys it.
Piggy: This is Wigglytuff club, but it’s closed. This is Felicity bank. This is Gulpin link shop. You link moves to use them in one turn!
Firey: Cool!
Piggy: Over there is Whiscash pond. Whiscash is the town elder. Makuhita dojo, where you can train. Last is Pelipper post office. You get missions over here let’ see what they have.
Bulletin board: I have 2 missions. The first one is “Help Me! I’m on the 99th floor of Wish cave. I will give you 50 seeds.”
Piggy: With our luck, it will be 50 doom seeds. Next.
Bulletin board: “Help us or die! We need 7 mega shrooms, 100 mushrooms, 50 life shrooms, 30 ultra mushrooms, 10 poison shrooms, some trail stew, and 50 1-up shrooms. As a reward, I will give you 50 reviver seeds, 20 Oran berries, 20 Sitrus berries, 5000 doom seeds, 100 plain seeds, and 1 heal seed. The first person that reads this letter must accept it or they will die! Have a nice day, Bowser.” Well I guess you guys better take it, or die.
Piggy: Life hates us.
Life: I know.
Later in the Mushroom Kingdom…
Piggy: How are we going to get all these mushrooms?
Firey: Well, the Mario bros. have a secret mushroom storage, don’t they?
Piggy: Are you thinking what I’m thinking?
Firey: I don’t read minds, that’s your job.
Piggy: I forgot. I think we should steal: 7 mega shrooms, 100 mushrooms, 50 life shrooms, 30 ultra mushrooms, 10 poison shrooms, some trail stew, and 50 1-up shrooms.
Firey: Agreed.
Later outside of Peach’s castle…or where it used to be…
Piggy: Um… was Peach’s castle always floating in space?
Firey: Why did we have to get here during Super Mario Galaxy?
Piggy: How are we going to get up there?
Butterfree: Use a Launch Star or die!
Firey: Where are we going to find a launch star?
Butterfree: Right here.
She points to a launch star 2 feet away.
Piggy: -_-
The duo uses the launch star and lands in a castle window. Upon further investigation it is a dungeon window.
Firey: Trapped in the dungeon of Peach’s castle. Just the place I want to be.
Piggy: I want to know one thing. How did Butterfree get here?
Firey: I think the same way we got here. Plot hole.
Toad: When did you get here? You’re not wanted for anything.
Toad lets them out.
Piggy: Finally! Something good happened to us.
Toad: Don’t get used to it, or die.
Firey: T_T
The duo leaves. They head upstairs to the vault room.
Piggy: How are we going to steal the mushrooms?
A bulky guard overheard that and charged at them. They quickly sidestepped and the guard broke down the vault, knocking himself out.
Firey: A lot of good things have happened to us this chapter.
Piggy: But a lot of bad things have happened to us this entire FF.
Firey: True…
They then stole the 7 mega shrooms, 100 mushrooms, 50 life shrooms, 30 ultra mushrooms, 10 poison shrooms, some trail stew, and 50 1-up shrooms. The alarm went off.
Piggy: Let’s get out of here.
They jumped out the window, forgetting that the castle was in space. When they landed in Dark Land, all went black…
Later they woke up and went towards Bowser’s castle. They went inside.
Bowser: Thank you. Here is your reward. BTY, I lied about killing you if you didn’t take the mission.
Firey looked at Piggy, then they both grabbed all the 5007 Doom seeds and chucked them at Bowser. After being hit by all 5007 of them, he disappeared into nothingness. The team went home and went asleep.
The next day, an earthquake wakes up our heroes.
Firey: I had another dream.
Piggy: What’d it say?
Firey: I didn’t hear. This earthquake woke me up.
Dugtrio: COME OUTSIDE YOU NITWITS!
They walk outside.
Dugtrio: Skarmory has stolen Digglet. Get him back…
Dugtrio and Butterfree: or DIE!
Firey: Not you again.
Butterfree: Yes it’s me again. Now get to work!
At the base of Mt. Steel
Spearow: None shall pass.
Firey: Let us through!
Spearow: None shall pass.
Piggy: Let us pass NOW!!!
Spearow: None shall pass.
Firey: We’ll fight you.
Spearow: Then… you shall die.
Firey and Spearow start sword fighting, but Firey cuts off spearow, wing.
Firey: I win. I cut off your arm.
Spearow: No you didn’t. Tis a scratch.
Firey: No it isn’t. Your arms off.
Spearow: Chicken. Chicken, chicken, chicken.
Spearow charges at Firey, who cuts off his other wing.
Spearow: I shall win!
Firey: How?! You got no wings!
Spearow: Yeah I do.
Firey: Then whats that on the ground!?
Spearow: Tis but a flesh wound.
Firey: YOU’RE WINGS ARE OFF!!!! HOW CAN YOU WIN!!! (To Piggy) Let’s get out of here.
Spearow starts kicking Firey.
Spearow: Got you now!
Firey: Oh stop it!
He cuts off Spearows leg.
Spearow: Come here. I win still win!!!!
Firey: WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO!!!!!!!??????? BLEED ON ME!!!!!!!!???????
He cuts off Spearows other leg.
Firey: We’ll call it a draw.
Spearow: COME BACK HERE YOU COWARDS!!!!! I’LL BITE YOUR LEGS OFF!!!!!!
Our heroes continue on, and see Hannah Montana crying to her dad.
HM: Daddy, everybody hates me! :(
Dad: Loads of people like you.
HM: Only idiots! :(
Piggy is seen with a video camera.
Piggy: She finally admits it. I’m so gonna put this on YouTube.
HM: You did not just record that!!!!!!! I’m gonna kill you!!!!
Firey used Smokescreen. HM can’t see. Piggy used flee. Firey and Piggy ran away. HM gains (–999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999) exp.
Firey: That was close.
Piggy: How’d you use smokescreen back there?
Firey: The author though that I learn it at level 10. It’s back to normal now.
Piggy: Not you again!
Skarmory: I am back, and this time, you shall not win.
Firey used Ember. Critical hit! Piggy used Splash. Skarmory fainted.
Both: -_-
Digglet: Help Me!
Piggy: How are we going to get over there?
???: I’ll save them.
Firey: Not you.
Magnezone: Yes me.
He floats over to the other side of the pit.
Digglet: Nobody look.
Firey and Piggy turn around and cover their eyes as Magnezone floats Digglet back to the other side.
Back at the base
Piggy: No reward!
Digglet: Sorry, but if you want, I’ll give you a free friend area.
Firey: Deal. What is it?
Digglet: It’s volcanic plains!

The duo uses the launch star and lands in a castle window. Upon further investigation it is a dungeon window.
Firey: Trapped in the dungeon of Peach’s castle. Just the place I want to be.
Piggy: I want to know one thing. How did Butterfree get here?
Firey: I think the same way we got here. Plot hole.
Toad: When did you get here? You’re not wanted for anything.
Toad lets them out.
Piggy: Finally! Something good happened to us.

The duo leaves. They head upstairs to the vault room.
Piggy: How are we going to steal the mushrooms?
A bulky guard overheard that and charged at them. They quickly sidestepped and the guard broke down the vault, knocking himself out.
Firey: A lot of good things have happened to us this chapter.
Piggy: But a lot of bad things have happened to us this entire FF.
Firey: True…
They then stole the 7 mega shrooms, 100 mushrooms, 50 life shrooms, 30 ultra mushrooms, 10 poison shrooms, some trail stew, and 50 1-up shrooms. The alarm went off.
Piggy: Let’s get out of here.
They jumped out the window, forgetting that the castle was in space. When they landed in Dark Land, all went black…
Later they woke up and went towards Bowser’s castle. They went inside.
Bowser: Thank you. Here is your reward. BTY, I lied about killing you if you didn’t take the mission.
Firey looked at Piggy, then they both grabbed all the 5007 Doom seeds and chucked them at Bowser. After being hit by all 5007 of them, he disappeared into nothingness. The team went home and went asleep.
The next day, an earthquake wakes up our heroes.
Firey: I had another dream.
Piggy: What’d it say?
Firey: I didn’t hear. This earthquake woke me up.
Dugtrio: COME OUTSIDE YOU NITWITS!
They walk outside.
Dugtrio: Skarmory has stolen Digglet. Get him back…
Dugtrio and Butterfree: or DIE!
Firey: Not you again.
Butterfree: Yes it’s me again. Now get to work!
At the base of Mt. Steel
Spearow: None shall pass.
Firey: Let us through!
Spearow: None shall pass.
Piggy: Let us pass NOW!!!
Spearow: None shall pass.
Firey: We’ll fight you.
Spearow: Then… you shall die.
Firey and Spearow start sword fighting, but Firey cuts off spearow, wing.
Firey: I win. I cut off your arm.
Spearow: No you didn’t. Tis a scratch.
Firey: No it isn’t. Your arms off.
Spearow: Chicken. Chicken, chicken, chicken.
Spearow charges at Firey, who cuts off his other wing.
Spearow: I shall win!
Firey: How?! You got no wings!
Spearow: Yeah I do.
Firey: Then whats that on the ground!?
Spearow: Tis but a flesh wound.
Firey: YOU’RE WINGS ARE OFF!!!! HOW CAN YOU WIN!!! (To Piggy) Let’s get out of here.
Spearow starts kicking Firey.
Spearow: Got you now!
Firey: Oh stop it!
He cuts off Spearows leg.
Spearow: Come here. I win still win!!!!
Firey: WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO!!!!!!!??????? BLEED ON ME!!!!!!!!???????
He cuts off Spearows other leg.
Firey: We’ll call it a draw.
Spearow: COME BACK HERE YOU COWARDS!!!!! I’LL BITE YOUR LEGS OFF!!!!!!
Our heroes continue on, and see Hannah Montana crying to her dad.
HM: Daddy, everybody hates me! :(
Dad: Loads of people like you.
HM: Only idiots! :(
Piggy is seen with a video camera.
Piggy: She finally admits it. I’m so gonna put this on YouTube.
HM: You did not just record that!!!!!!! I’m gonna kill you!!!!
Firey used Smokescreen. HM can’t see. Piggy used flee. Firey and Piggy ran away. HM gains (–999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999) exp.
Firey: That was close.
Piggy: How’d you use smokescreen back there?
Firey: The author though that I learn it at level 10. It’s back to normal now.
Piggy: Not you again!
Skarmory: I am back, and this time, you shall not win.
Firey used Ember. Critical hit! Piggy used Splash. Skarmory fainted.

Digglet: Help Me!
Piggy: How are we going to get over there?
???: I’ll save them.
Firey: Not you.
Magnezone: Yes me.
He floats over to the other side of the pit.
Digglet: Nobody look.
Firey and Piggy turn around and cover their eyes as Magnezone floats Digglet back to the other side.
Back at the base
Piggy: No reward!
Digglet: Sorry, but if you want, I’ll give you a free friend area.
Firey: Deal. What is it?
Digglet: It’s volcanic plains!
