Open Against All Odds

Eh, go. Sorry I'm not on so often, you know, I'm kind of forbidden to get on. Start wherever you want.

Alright!

Baethin pulled the hood of his sweater close. If he was discovered he would be taken to God knows where. Very few people tried to look at his face. Those who did try, didn't get very far. He'd stop and turn around no matter where he was going. Sometimes it was hard to get anywhere with too many minds being inquisitive. At the moment he was going to get a bite to eat, but ordering food would be hard, and populated areas made him feel like he was being watched, but he had to eat somehow. He sighed. There had to be someway to eat without getting caught.

((Something I have to say: I wrote my character's bio in a hurry, and accidentaly put '2.2 Meter' instead of '1.8 meter' in my character's human form size.))

Lars was running- he was quite in a hurry. Although most of these others are called 'pokemorphs', he should be called 'werepoke' or 'weremon'.
The good side of it was he could trasform whenever he wanted- more good than very good. Almost perfect. The bad part was he always had to wear short sleeved shirts if he wanted ot trasform, or else they would be ruined later. At the moment, he wore long, grey and thick pants, a long sleeved, grey shirt, with black stripes on it, and a dark-grey sweather he wore over the shirt. He wasnt in need of disguise or something like that- he simply needed not to trasform.
He looked around, now slowing down a little, and noticed someone, a supicious looking someone, wearing a hooded sweather and covering his face.

Either thats some maniac, a well-known person who doesnt wants ot be noticed, or a pokemorph....

Lars kept on walking, but much slower, and didnt quit looking at that person.

NEW BIO IDEA!
Lol. Warning: This is based on my sickest class mate ever, who is the reason I quit school(not totally, that certain one):

Team: Pokemorphs(dusknoir)

Name: Kelly Box

Gender : Male

Age: 18

Appearance: Kelly is 1.65, and has black hair. He is very pale, and his skin has a colour that somewhat resembles that of a dusknoir's 'face'.
He usually wears long and dark coloured clothes, and when wearing a costume, he usually wears a vamypre or ghost one. He has no fingernails, and his fingers are pretty much in the form of cubes- like these of a dusknoir. He has red eyes(not the whole eye- the pupils.). He has absolutely no wounds on his body- one of the reasons is that he is half ghostly. Somewhat like Lars, he is a 'werepoke'- he can change form between almost total pokemon form to human form- however, from the two, he is more pokemon than human. Sometimes, he becomes immaterial, meaning that he sometimes vanishes or becomes untouchable- one of the reasons you might, one day, see clothing, the right size for someone around 1.65 meter tall, fall from the sky. He wieghs 20 pounds, being half gas.

Personality: Kelly is quite a sickening person- he thinks about makngi people suffer, and is usually stopped by Lars. He (almost) always grins stupidly when he notices girls around, and collects porn, and other not- so- nice magazins.
He always carries a weapon around- maybe because he doesnt trust his power, and maybe because he used to be amongst gangsters.

Other: When kelly was in school, he tried to stalk girls, secretly enter the girl toilets(urgh!), and pranked on almost everyone. He was thrown out of school one day when he put a couple of sharp spikes on the principal's chair- which made several people around the school panic. After being thrown out, he was, for several months, going around with gangsters, until they found out he was a pokemorph and tried to kill him. Of course, he left them after that. Since then, he always carries around a weapon- be it a dagger, pistol, or rifle. In addition, he is quite stupid, and doesnt realize when he has to do things and when not. He is bad in interacting, and usually gathers more enemies than friends. He doesnt have even one friend- however, he sometimes follows lars around.

((So we can be anywhere, in any region? Why time is it? Of day, like Mumei asked.

Also, sappy post is unnecessary to read.))

Saul smirked up from the water at the few dark shapes passing over him. No one knew where he was, and no one noticed him in the water, which was why he loved it there. He probably looked like a small Gyarados or something from above, if he could be seen at all. Flicking his arm fins, Saul was once again on the move, towards shore. At this time of day, well, most of the time, there weren't very many people or Pokemon around, and those that did move to the small rock shelf Saul and Sienna kept to were either stupid, or going to be dead.

Roaring out of the water like a dolphin, Saul dove out of the water and back in. It wasn't far, he could already see the shore.. and the black-brown shape that was the Vibrava morph under his care.

Sienna looked across the water, waving slightly to the black-blue shape of Saul. He was coming in then... which meant there were no people around. The Vibrava morph sighed. When was the last time she got the chance to fly? It must've been when they visited the desert on Route whatsit, and that was a while ago. Sienna fluttered her wings hopefully, wondering if she'd ever get the chance to again.

Saul burst from the water onto the rocks, and nodded to Sienna. "Nothing new, huh," he grunted, and looked towards the direction of civilization. "Did you find anything to eat, or will we have to go into town?"

Sierra sighed. She hated it when the Sharpdeo morph gave her a bit of responsibility.. it meant she would have to decide something for both of them, something that would usually affect them both. "I guess we'll.. have to go into town, later," she decided, reluctantly. "We'll have to find something, or move."

"Do you remember when we used to be able to travel," Saul asked, more him remembering than anything. "We could go wherever we wanted, well, almost, without being gunned down or taken captive. And then.." He didn't have to continue. Both of them knew. Standing up, he stretched his arms and reached for his dry clothes.

"Alright then, we should start getting ready to go. Uh, do what you have to before we leave, and everything."

Lars kept an eye on the man he saw before, but then noticed his stomach growl- something he hated. He couldnt go home, he was around 4020 meters from his house, wihch are a little more than 4 kilometers. If he was going to go by foot, he would be starved before he would make it halfway home. He then decided it- something not very big for a pokemorph capable of turning into a perfectly normal human. He looked around, noticing a shop called 'pizza palace' not far away. He shrugged.
Not exactly Luxury, but i guess It'll do the trick. Im so hungry I could now turn into my alternate form and eat some citizens. Well, that would be canibalism and dangerous.. He thought of this while heading for the pizzeria, taking his hood off, showing his 20-year old face. He entered the pizzeria, and sat down near a desk, and quickly ordered an anchovy pizza(Or finneon if there is no Anchovy! MUAHAHAHA*cough*).
The moment he got the pizza, he put it in his backpack, and gave the server the money for it, zooming out of the pizzeria and running towards the beachshore, which was around 5 minutes of human- form running from where he was. After a short while, he reached the beach, and walked down to the shore. he looked around- there were hardly any people around- and even less pokemon. Nothing but some Naive kids with azurills. Then, he noticed a small hill in the sand- the cave he used to hide in when his hunger overcame him. He walked towards the hill- it was around 20 feet of hieght. However, it was hollow- it was made of stone. Lars was, unlike most earth types, not watershy- especiall in human form. He then found what he searched for- a big rock on the ground, with the shape of an arrow. He grabbed it, and lifted it- it was incredibly heavy. He moved it to the side, revealing a small tunnel in the ground, big enough for Lars to enter it. He slowly crawled into it. After going halfway trough, and reaching a quite deep point, he reached a watery part- a part of the tunnel one had to swim trough.
(-------\__________________/-------------- Something like that. The hole is filled with water) He took of hiss sweather and shirt, now revealing his not so muscular body, and some wounds on his chest. He put his shirt and sweather in his backpack, and took off his pants, showing a pair of swimming pants under them. He put his pants in his backpack, and then put his backpack on his back, while jumping into the 10 foot deep water. At first, he struggled not to sink, but then grinned and put his backpack on his stomach. The backpack seemed to float on the water for some reason. Lars leaned backwards, floating on the water, his backside touching the water, and the forepart not.
He let the water take him to the other side.
(in other words- he floats on his back.)
(Long post, I guess.)

Baethin was getting desperate. He had been thinking for several hours, but no answer came to him. He needed to eat now or he would starve, but he would be captured the minute he stuck out his hand to receive the food, seeing as how it was covered with fur. He soon realized that civilization held no safety for him anymore. He began walking towards one of his favorite spots. It was remote, and no one ever went there for some reason it was a nice shore by a lake, and it was beautiful. It took him quite a few minutes to get there, but he soon reached it. He expected it to be completely empty, but to his surprise, there were two figures there - both pokemorphs. At first he stood stone faced and unable to move, but then began to approach the two figures. So he wasn't alone after all?

"Alright, are you ready, Sienna-" Saul turned towards the Vibrava morph, and froze for a moment, seeing a figure behind her. "Damn," he muttered, and continued the motion.

"What is it," Sienna asked, turning to see what had spooked Saul, but he stopped her, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Don't look, but there's someone there. And we're not the most inconspicious morphs ever.. So we'll have to go. Start moving. Across the water, there must be somewhere we can meet, I think.. just keep moving west, we'll get to some land eventually." Saul smirked. "Or not. If there is no land, come back here, you know the way. Alright," Saul shed the shoes he had put on, and tossed them into the forest. It wasn't like anyone would be able to identify him by his shoes or scent, technically, he didn't exist.

"Stay low, if the guy starts firing drop into the water. You'll be fine with that, I hope.. oh yeah." Saul looked over the plainly Vibrava features of Sienna. "Well, fly higher. Good luck."

"Wait, I-" Before Sienna could really say anything, Saul had shot into the water like a, well, torpedo, and had disappeared. Grumbling and taking a small look at the figure moving towards her, Sienna leapt up and spread her diamond-shaped wings, taking to the air. Moving south for a few wingbeats, she rose on a thermal, before angling herself west and looking back at the figure.

Baethin tore his hood off. "Wait!" he shouted at the departing pokemorphs. He didn't want them to leave. He just wanted to talk. He needed a way to get food, and surely they had to know. He ran to the water's edge and sighed. Paranoia was making it impossible to get close to anyone. Even Baethin himself was becoming a little more distant from society. Pulling up his hood, he turned away.

((You know, you don't have to make it seem like everyone thinks you're the freaks of nature, because really, as far as I see, you aren't. Whatever the evil organization is it would probably not carry away random Pokémorphs from the streets I hardly doubt they'd do it in a more non-suspicious way.

GOD it's like in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, when Voldemort took over the government and wanted to get rid of all Muddle-borns, people didn't really know the biggest evil ever controlled the government, so they didn't COVER IN FEAR ALL THE FREAKING TIME))

.

“Everyone,” he began, “Hoenn has won the Johto-Kanto war. The government has fallen. Everything will change. Pokemorphs, leave the country, go into hiding, I don’t care just get away from here. Everyone else..,” he paused, “just be aware that this is a battle you cannot win.”

If you read the entire story you would have seen that. The guy on the T.V. says go into hiding. Read the entire story next time Male Gardevoir.

((If someone told you everyone would die tomorrow on the TV, would you believe them?

It's a choice whether to hide or not, but I guess you'll get int trouble eventually, either way))
