Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

You applied for a bank account, yes? You need to make a new post in the bank thread stating how much you've spent, and then link it to the post in which you purchase the Eevee. Then you'll need to link the purchase post back to the post you made the transaction in. That way there's proof in this thread that you can actually afford the Pokémon you're buying and there's proof in the bank that you actually spent your money on something and aren't just changing the amount in your account at random. Read through the first post in the bank and look at how other people have done it in both threads to get an idea.
