Evolution 1: In Form One, her Zorua form, Jeanine has shoulder-length black hair (with just a tint of purple) with an apparently natural red streak on the sides. Her eyes are light blue and are occasionally framed by red glasses that she doesn't really need to see. Her outfit (usually) consists of a gray t-shirt and jeans, as well as black sneakers. She has gray fox-like ears that poke out of her hair, as well a black, somewhat bushy tail and small fangs. She can change her appearance slightly (in accordance with Zorua's ability, Illusion) and can use the move Trickery.
Evolution 2: In Form Two, Zoroark form, Jeanine's hair is still mostly black, but it's longer, reaching past her shoulders, and has a wider red streak. Her eyes and glasses are still the same. She normally wears a black dress and gray sandals in this form. Her ears and fangs are slightly larger than in her Zorua form, and her tail is now black with a red tip. Her shapeshifting abilities have improved slightly, and she can use the move Night Burst.
Personality: Jeanine can seem a bit mean, given her tendency to hurt some of the guys, but underneath that, she's a caring individual, if a bit antisocial. She's one of the first to cheer up a friend who's feeling down, and can't stand to hear anyone say something negative about themselves. That being said, though, she has very low self-esteem herself and constantly makes remarks along the lines of how she's gonna die alone with her Skitties.
Memories: She vaguely remembers leaving her house and having a near-panic attack about a confusing situation involving a guy before passing out or something.
Relationships: She'd be a little awkward (never having had a real relationship before/being kinda antisocial), but she's open to it...
Other: I think I spent the most time getting her a last name; it's kinda fun looking at a quick name generator and trying to find her first name spelled exactly right and going "missing an e" "missing an i" "too many n's" "this thing's channeling my idiot guy friend"

Evolution 1: In this form, Leon has the characteristic colors of Ralts, and has two crests sticking out of his head. His hair takes on the shape of a Ralts's. He can use Hypnosis in this form.
Evolution 2: In his Kirlia form, He gains the "hair" that is on a Kirlia. His hair again takes on a green shade, and has two crests sticking out of the top. He also gains the eyes that a Kirlia would have. He can use Snatch in this form
Evolution 3: In his Gardevoir form, Leon gains the hair and eyes of a Gardevoir, and has two crests on the front and back of his chest. His eyes also change to a bright red. He can use Ice Punch in this form.
Evolution 4: In his Gallade form, His arms are thin and green, and he is able to extend swords from his elbows. He has a crest coming out of hair, and two red crest like things coming out of the back and front of his chest. His eyes shine a bright red. He also gains the signature helmet found on a Gallade. He can use Leaf Blade in this form.
Personality: Leon is very friendly, but he has a dark side. At times, he can be really happy and laughs at everything. At other times, he can be withdrawn and inward. He refuses to give up when doing certain things, such as protecting someone he likes, or his friends.
Memories: Leon can remember storming out of his house after a fight with his parents, but that's all.
Relationships: Friends with Liza, (Possible relationship to be determined.) Otherwise, ask away.
Other: Leon prefers to be in Gallade form, and will rarely switch to Gardevoir form.

Pokémon line DNA: Croagunk
Evolution 1: Alcott's skin becomes a slick dark blue color, with the exception of his hands and feet, which turn black. His two middle fingers turn a venomous shade of red along with his cheeks, and his eyes become yellow and sinister. His sweat is highly poisonous in this state, and his skin feels pain from strong sunlight, likewise restoring his health in rain. He has access to the corrosive power of Venom Shock in this stage.
Evolution 2: His cheeks lose their color, but he gains a red pouch on his neck which he is capable of inflating when angry or surprised. Black criss-crossing lines appear over his darker blue skin, and two toxic spines protrude from the back of his hands like claws, along with a horn that pokes out from the top of his head. He now has access to the terrifying technique Drain Punch, and his skin is just as toxic and mallable as it was before.
Personality: Alcott lives by his own set of rules, founded on the typical karma principle. If you're nice to him, he'll be nice to you, if you're mean, you can expect the same in return. He has an aptitude for grudges as well as loyalty, making first impressions particularly important in shaping his relationships towards people. Since his first impression of the hunters is the fact that they turned him into an oozing slimeball - it's needless to say that his intentions towards them are malicious at best.
Memories: The sound of rain at night, and a feeling of warmth and safety. He can remember someone talking to him, but the words are muffled, and he cannot identify the voice.
Relationships: Pecha berries could prove extremely useful if you wish to spend any prolonged period of time in his comany. Otherwise, completely open.
Other: He fancies himself as quite the singer and dancer. However in reality, the performance can best be compared to the dying spasms of a three-legged spider, stumbling over a set of piano keys in it's death-throes.

Evolution 1:
Description:Wesley has strawberry colored hair with two long yellow strands resembling a magikarp's whiskers. He has sky blue eyes which always appear glassy.He has legs, but protruding from them are white fins starting at his hips and ending just past his heels. He has gills along his sides where his ribs are and they help him breathe underwater. He also has fins on his arms but these are more separated from his limbs than the tail fins.

Description:He has a long blue dragon's tail with a white fin at the end and halfway up the tail. His skin is blue and he has white and flesh tone spots along his sides. His eyes are ruby red and lined with white. From his forehead is the Gyarados crown which holds back his light blue hair which comes down to his shoulders and the once yellow long strands have now turned blue as well.
He has fins coming out of his forearms which are a bright blue color and drape like silk at his sides. He has white markings on those fins that appear to be white silhouettes of crashing waves. He has fangs too.

Personality: He is stubborn but shy. Very upset at how useless he can be.
Memories: He remembers being pushed on a swing. He remembers seeing his reflection in the water. The last thing he remembers before his black out was a hand against his normal skin.
Relationships: He doesn't know anyone and is very nervous about going up to any of the other pokemorphs because if they want to hurt him he is defenseless. He wants a friend.
Other: He wishes he could fly. He doesn't like water much, but he's a great swimmer. Wesley can't go to sleep without some one next to him.

From her backside sprout a trio of feathers, as well as there being one behind her ear. Her eyes are blood-red and she has very sharp teeth. She gains Sneasel’s naturally inherent speed, and her fingernails have curved into incredibly sharp claws that could strip flesh from bone like a knife through butter.
Attack: Claw Sharpen
Evolution 2: In this form, Shelly gains a pink stripe down the back of her head, and her ears are pointed, fading into pink toward the ends. Her claws become sharper and slightly more curved; she could very easily take limbs off in this form if she wanted to. The three feathers on her rear grow in length, and she gains a shiny gold… thing, on her forehead. Her eyes remain red as rubies, but her fangs grow sharper and ever so slightly longer. In this form she retains the great speed of her previous form, and her physical strength also gets a slight boost.
Attack: Metal Claw
Personality: Plagued with both the inability to really care for those around her, and total insanity, both from experimentation. While she used to be very level-headed, the Sneasel blood has caused her to become incredibly aggressive, and she will pick a fight if you should even look at her funny. If she winds up crippled in any way from a fight, she will pick and choose a weaker person to rip the lost body part off of without hesitation, and has a certain… distaste, for shiny Pokemon. Very dangerous. Approach with caution.
Memories: She remembers having an older brother somewhere with a cheating wife. She remembers being in an accident shortly before this whole thing. And she remembers brief flashes of her childhood.
Relationships: None so far. I’m open if no one minds dealing with… yeah.

Evolution 1 (Snivy): In this form Vincent has a mix of dark green and brown hair, cut neatly with a small, parted fringe. He has a small tail, topped with a large leaf, and two curled protrusions that arch from his collarbones and over his shoulders. He has a leaf on each wrist. His markings include a green stripe ending in a point over his nose, yellow markings around his eyes that curve into a point over his cheeks.
Attack: Vine Whip
Evolution 2 (Janovy): As a Janovy, the green in his hair is a lighter colour and his hair is longer, with several points sticking up near the back. His tail is longer, reaching the ground and more leafy. The protrusions on collarbones have grown, extending down his chest and meeting in a V. In addition to the leaves on his wrist, he now has leaves by each elbow. His markings have changed - he now has green curling around his eyes and splitting into separate points on either side of his nose.
Attack: Leaf Blade
Evolution 3 (Jalorda): The green in Vincent's hair becomes it's lightest in this form, contrasting with his deep brown hair. His hair is also shaggier, still with a parted fringe. His tail is extremely long and thick, dark green on the top and light green on the bottom, and has leaves near the tip. The V protrusion is a lot grander, forming a high collar that melds into his shoulders. In this form the markings of his previous forms seem to combine; he has the curved eye marks of Janovy, along with the point down his nose and the curved green points on his cheeks that he had as a Snivy. He also has two elegant yellow stripes on his back, one at his hips and another near the base of his tail.
Attack: Giga Drain
Personality: (PO) Vincent is a gentleman - or at least, considers himself one. He enjoys a sense of danger and is into anything that has a sense of mystery to it.
Memories: He remembers being in a lecture..meeting up with his kid brother...then nothing. He remember snatches of his brother, along with an older sister, but not much.
Relationships: Open to anything, just hit me up.
Other: In all forms he wears a pair of trousers and a long sleeve shirt, along with a casual, open black vest. His skin is always pale and his eyes are a reddish brown. He wears thin, rectangular glasses.
