Closed - The Arceus Gene -

(( Espeon: Yes; it's implied in the text. ))

Though he wasn't really aware of anyone's thoughts about him, Gift could take a shot in the dark and probably hit bullseye. The majority tended to react the same, and the others were probably delinquents. He smirked and threw an arm around Kin rather casually, and curled his tail around his waist and hips. He'd done that the one time he decided to go around naked for a day - the tail-belt, not the one-armed hug - but he'd been stopped before more than five people could see him.

He'd wanted to come to this mission that way too, but he hadn't managed avoiding detection. Instead he'd had to stick to these boring knee-length shorts that let his tail through, and his sleeveless shirt.

He hadn't been even able to bring a dress.

"What the hell am I doing thinking?" he muttered under his breath. Then he spoke louder, to make sure nobody's attention was straying too far. "So! Can we start yet?"

((Metallic Deoxys - Better, you can post now.

Espeon - Yes, as Kusari said.))

/You will take the Western Route out of Stadt, and from there into the Upper Wastes. Take Haste./ Kleine Schwester said to the group, a few panels on the walls showing directions.

/You will have a Police guard until you depart the city limits./

Kin nodded, not paying much attention to Kaidran's flirting, and leaned into Gift slightly. She didn't mind his smell, and found his presence close to her rather comforting. She wagged her tail a bit, and smiled at him.

"So... How do you feel about this trip?" She asked.

"Heh, I know it'll be super-easy. I'll fart in the general direction of anyone who comes too close. Nobody'll dare to face that, right?" His laughter practically echoed through the room. "Poison and fire and kabooms will take care of the rest. How 'bout you?" He turned to the rest of the people. "And the rest of ya, whaddaya think? Speak up! The air probably tastes as bad as it smells, but ya've gotta get used to it, at least for this mission. I did."

Halan watches the other Beastbloods, studying them silently. He glances at the woman, finding that she was indeed beautiful.

Don't get ahead of yourself...there is no way a gem like that would notice a lowlife monster like myself...

He wrap his tail around his waist, looking off to the side. He then hears what Little Sister says, sighing a little.

Why am I here? I'm not worthy to do something this important...I'm not strong as the rest of them...I'm useless...

Engleforth listens to the computer known as Kleine Schwester. He hears every word of it, and nods at the end. "Yes. We shall succeed." He clacks his pincer-like claws, waving his dangerous tail from side to side.

HI GUYS
FMC said I can play. :3~

Name: Calais
Age: 18
Gender: Female (because almost everyone else is a guy, ahahaha this is an adventure I suck at playing girls)
Beastblood? (y/n): Yes
If so, What Pokemon: Seviper

Appearance: Calais is a surprisingly small Beastblood, particularly for one who happens to have snake Pokémon genes; she is, however, very flexible due to the fact that her bones are happy rotating little souls. While she was forced to learn how to walk upright, Calais is regularly found lying flat on the ground in an attempt to move fluidly like the wild snake Pokémon she sees. She can't actually do so, however, having forgotten her previous natural instinct (and also having the use of legs, which tends to get to places faster).

Her skin was originally a very dark, coffee-like brown, but after the Seviper's genes merged with her her skin is now... well it's not always black. When she's shed recently it's a glossy black but as they wear down you can see the dull colour of her 'normal' skin showing through. Golden hexagonal patterns are marked out across her forehead as armour of sorts, with purple and gold markings curving under her bright red eyes and effectively 'masking' half of her face. A purple lightning bolt-shaped mark is on her chest (although this is obviously not readily visible) and more of the similar hexagons make patterns down her back and onto her tail.

Calais' tail is almost comically long as it reaches over the top of her head, but this is a good thing seeing as it's her favoured choice of weapon. The blade is tipped with red and is almost always sickle-sharp, as she apparently has nothing better to do than whet it against rocks. You usually see it twined around her leg when she's not irritated or otherwise alert. She doesn't use her fangs as often as her tail but they're still pretty threatening. The same vibrant red as her eyes, they protrude out of her mouth and rest just past her chin. It makes it a bitch to brush the rest of her normal teeth, but considering they secrete poison Calais supposes it's not all that bad.

Oh right, her hair. Unsurprisingly it's a dark ash-blonde and is quite curly; it reaches down to the middle of her back although she usually ties it up and has it pinned neatly to her head. She really hates her hair... it's just girly. Ew.

History: Calais was a Beastblood created in France (hence her name), and was the only one of a series of Seviper Beastbloods to actually learn how to walk around like a human. The others were considered failures and 'sent away' -- as in, this is what Calais remembers happening rather than what actually happened -- and she was kept for a little while longer than most for testing. She was actually a glitch in the system, as she had a less amount of Seviper genes than the others did; however, considering her easy adaptation to walking on two legs (and knocking things over) she could hardly be considered a failure, as well.

One of the leading scientists in France, impressed with the Seviper Beastbloods' curious and adventurous nature (seriously why was she even able to get into these messes) eventually took Calais in as a guard for his wife and three children. As such she's been trained specifically in protecting people from danger rather than directly attacking, therefore making her perfect for an escort mission. The only time she's ever actually attacked someone without prompting or because of immediate danger to her employers was, of course, when a Zangoose Beastblood had entered her home (not just randomly, it happened to belong to another scientist who was paying a visit). To cut a long story short she won and that Zangoose had never been quite the same since.

Minus that one stroke of violence, her personality doesn't seem entirely suited to that of a guard... perhaps one to be guarded, but...

Personality: Calais is possibly the happiest and the most deceptive Beastblood who ever existed ever. She doesn't appear to have mentally reached the age of eleven yet, and is constantly being reminded to keep paying attention and to not constantly have to investigate every single remotely interesting thing she sees. A natural curiosity overrides almost everything else (except perhaps the 'KILL ZANGOOSE' gene) and she's always found poking into corners and asking what that does and if it'll explode if she tips it over. Being in a scientist's home for almost a decade, however, has made her ever-so-slightly cautious over messing with things she's not sure about, but to be honest if it doesn't involve work she'll probably be sitting messing around with it for hours.

For the most part Calais is an extremely immature and childish Beastblood; if you dare offend her she'll sulk for hours and she really, really hates sharing. She's also very easily jealous, particularly of normal human females -- she wishes she could put on make-up and look pretty. Unfortunately she is kind of stuck shedding her scales and having home-grown make-up already there covering half of her face. It's just not the same, you know? She's a little bit insecure about her appearance; she's always wanted to at least have been merged with a pretty or cute Pokémon, but her tail is pretty damn cool so she guesses it's okay. Except when it knocks things over. Which it does a lot, by the way.

Calais can be awfully sulky and grumpy if you get on the wrong side of her. She's pretty easily offended and will hold a grudge for a pretty long time; in fact, that's about the only thing she doesn't forget very easily. When she's annoyed she gets violent, so if you don't want to die of toxic shock due to a tailsword in the face I would move away quickly if she starts showing signs of wanting to tailsword you (possibly in other places).

Special Skills: Er, secretes venom from her tail and fangs. Extremely flexible. Knocking things over. Not appearing to be very threatening (aka deceptive). Uh... good at patting kittens?

Other: I like beans. But that's not really point.

---

Calais had been only vaguely paying attention to the metallic, droning voice of the large lump of metal and wires in the corner, her eyes sliding across to carefully observe the others on the escort mission. Bo-ring, there weren't any other snake-merged Beastbloods she could identify with and talk about the pain that was being unable to slither like she should; she was, however, pleased to note that there was a Breloom (weren't they like, part Poison?), a Gliscor and an incredibly fragrant Skuntank. Ahaha, score! Best revelation ever!

That might have seemed like an odd observation, but uh hello, toxic smells were always a good sign! The boy with black-and-purple hair she wasn't too sure of, though; uh, was he even a Beastblood at all? Whatever, she could interrogate him find out later.

Ignoring the other, non-interesting Pokémon, Calais turned her gaze back towards the computer, watching Kleine Schwester carefully as the panels showed directions. "Take haste?" she said, her accent making it clear that she came from the Ville. "I didn't read anything about a Haste, too! See, now I need to prepare for a double escort mission... gosh..."

Rolling her eyes, Calais turned to the others, tilting her head and tugging rather nervously at her blade-tipped tail. Uhm. She wasn't very good at all this introduction crap and oh dear it looked like some of them were acquainted already, she thought, blinking at the Skuntank and Breloom Beastbloods. Argh, she was behind! She was going to be alone for the entire mission and then nobody would care if she was viciously attacked by a... uh Poochyena or something! "I guess so... I wonder if the container floats by itself... oh technology is so cool, I wish I could float," she said cheerfully, blinking back over at Florina. How exactly was this going to work?

A large group of armed police officers were waiting for the group at the exit of Kleine Schwester's chamber, shifting a bit nervously in the presence of such a large group of Beastbloods. They didn't look very scared, however.

/Now go! Finish your mission as quickly and safely as you can, then return to report./ Kleine Schwester boomed, signaling the group to leave.

Kin started to go first, tugging on Gift's tail as she went.

"Come on, let's go. Waiting around here is boring..." She whined.

As his tail was still wrapped around him, Gift had to twirl around so he could walk normally with Kin pulling on his tail. A strange, dark liquid leaked out the tip of his tail and on her hands and arms, seeping into her skin, but he wasn't concerned. If it was anyone else, he might've made a joke about it to bring the poison to their attention, but not her.

"See you in what, an hour?" Gift scoffed, waving at the computer as Kin tugged him away. "However fast the slowest of us can run there and back, that's how long we'll be. It'll be so easy, it'll be boring, so we'll even have to make it a race to make this interesting. C'mon, guys."

Halan sees the doors open, showing a group of Police officers. He holds his arm closer to his body before moving towards the door. He notices the Girl that was pulling on the other one's tail.

name....Kin...

He walks past them a bit, careful not to bump into anyone.

"Hell's yes, thats more to my liking" Lavitz cacked, his right hand ungloved and cooly brushing a bit of hair from his face. But it was not what came out of his body.

"...Right..." Lavitz said softly in acknowledgment to Kin's statement, as well as in support of Gift's statement. He wanted to something cool, thinking back to the remarks that were always said in the comics he read as a student in school. But 'right' was the best he could manage, anything more he tried to say and the weight of fear would grasp his lungs and suffocate his words.

(It’s Tailsy! Yay. :D)

Kaidran’s tail waved from side to side in slight annoyance. He hated being ignored. It reminded him of being alone in his younger years. He shook his head, knowing that now was not the time to reminisce about such trivial moments. He nodded at what Kin said and watched a few of the Beastbloods walk towards the exit.

He started to follow the other Beastbloods. As he walked, he looked back at Calais and grinned.

“Let’s go, beautiful.”

Engleforth nodded and followed the other Beastbloods. "Bye," he said to the computer and laughed.

Silently, the Espeon beatblood followed the others, using a psychic barrier to shield his nose from the toxic Pokémon whom were present in the room with him. He flicked his tail irritably, doubting the fighting capabilities of the other beastbloods. He listened to the waning hum of the German supercomputer.
"Nowhere near as good as being back at home" he thought to himself, annoyed at all of the foul-smelling poison types.

Everyone else in the room seemed fairly confident that they were going to succeed and this was going to be such a cakewalk they might not even bother actually doing it. Calais didn't really share their sentiments; she was a human guard, and to be honest the glass tube holding Florina kind of scared her a little. She'd never been very good with breakable things and the Arceus Beastblood girl seemed incredibly fragile. Beautiful girls were always fragile!

Pulling nervously on her tail (the base complained that she should really stop doing this or it was going to fall off and she was not a lizard and it wouldn't grow back so more fool you!!), Calais followed the others, carefully straying towards the back so that she could get a better view of her surroundings. It was... quiet. Nobody really seemed to be saying much and oh dear, did the Absol just call her beautiful?

Ummm.

"Not the worst line I've ever heard," she replied thoughtfully after a moment, feeling that if she was warm-blooded she would probably have blushed. "But I've not heard a lot, so that doesn't say a lot for you." Calais' tail curled around her right leg again as she spoke, slowly regaining confidence. Okay, maybe this was going to be fun!

Lunar sighed, still swishing and swaying his tail back and forth. He was already bored. He flicked an ear, then the other, making a small song out of the two toned flapping noises he made whilst flicking, swishing and doing other evey day movements. He stared at the humanoid infront of him, a snake like being. Her voice sounded French, so he assumed she was from France.
"What have you heared?" he asked.

Lavitz shuddered slightly as Lunar spoke, but it was not in fear nor recoil. It was instead in surprised delight; The thoughts that emanated from the boy's mind as he spoke were very 'sweet' as well as 'musical', much like a pleasant daydream. He found it curious though, since it was most surely not a daydream, merely the mental workings of Lunar's speech.

In that exuberance, Lavitz found the courage to step to Lunar's side.

"So, what kind of things do you do?" He chirped, his fear being subordinate to his curiosity.

Gift was walking backward casually, though he occasionally near-stumbled a few times. It was probably fortunate that his tail was being pulled to guide him, and that his tail was so long. His expression became a bemused one for a split second, and a series of audible, usually-embarassing sounds exploded out of his butt.

It was followed by an unpleasant, but not powerful, smell.

"Whoo!" Gift grinned. "Turboooo!"

"Eeew, do you have to do that? Kin thinks it's gross." Kin whined at Gift, tugging his tail sharply, but not too hard.

The Police Guard moved aside so the Beastbloods and Lady Florina could pass ahead of them. As the group moved out, the machine holding the woman hovered behind them. The woman inside shifted a bit when it started to move, one of her hands resting gently on her belly. Upon closer inspection, one could see that she was pregnant.

Kin payed no attention to her, however, preferring to chew out Gift over his smell.

"Stinky stinky Gift."

Halan glances over to the woman, studying her silently.

She's so beautiful....

He then glances at the one called Kin tugging on Gift's tail. Halan walks outside to get away from the smell, passing Kin silently.
