Appearance: Rose is rather short for her age, only just under five feet tall, and is also quite slim. She has large, deep green eyes that always seem to be thinking about something. Her very dark brown hair is long and straight. She normally likes to wear light colors that aren't too flashy, like periwinkle, white or light pink. She usually wears long sleeves and pants, since she's sensitive to the cold -- just like an actual rose.

Personality: Rose is quite timid, but if she manages to make friends with someone gentle enough to approach her, she's very social. That being said, she doesn't talk much; she just likes being around friends. She tends to never introduce herself first, and sometimes doesn't even speak to someone even if they introduce themselves. She doesn't adjust well to change and it takes a while for her to get used to something new. But she's clever and cares a lot about others. She's also extremely gentle and worries about slight details. But she does have some sort of maternal instinct that makes her want to watch over others.

Bio: Well, she lives in the quite warm town of Cherrygrove, which makes it ironic that she's going to turn into an Ice-type. She doesn't like interacting with others much, which is one explanation of why she doesn't have a Meganium yet. But she also started being a Trainer a year or two late. The final reason is because her Bayleef had gotten sick for a few months last winter and couldn't evolve, even if it wanted to. But Rose got very attached to her Bayleef and liked playing with it. It kept her company when she was lonely.

Appearance: Mike is rather short for a fifteen-year-old male; he barely reaches five feet and has apparently stopped growing. His height deficiency aside, however, he seems to be a relatively attractive boy, with black hair and blue eyes. His ordinary attire is a black t-shirt and jeans, accompanied by white sneakers. His green backpack seems to carry an endless assortment of hats, which Mike has a strange fondness for.

Personality: Mike is a relatively down-to-earth person, something a bit odd for one who’s going to assume the position of a very hyperactive legendary. He does have his moments, however, as he can be seen acting quite ridiculously. He absolutely loves music, especially singing and jamming out on his guitar, and crazy antics will occasionally occur during an awesome musical session.

Bio: There’s not very much to say, as Mike lived a generally ordinary life. He originally started on his journey through Kanto at age 13, with Alex as his starter (with a peculiar aversion to evolution). Along the way, he met and caught Jay and Andy (who mysteriously has a guy’s name despite being a girl). As they grew, they eventually evolved, and he taught them a bunch of tricks (for example, Andy can play the bass with her mind).

Other: Celebi is a girl in my mind, so this should be interesting.

Appearance: Neil can look a bit peculiar at first, but it doesn't go much further than that. He have lime green hair about the length of his neck, a smooth, bordering on feminine face with aquatic blue eyes. He is somewhat short but overall looks rather healthy, and wears a simple, thin pink sweater, grey pants, and white sneakers.
In addition, he usually carry a pair of red headphones around his neck, that are connected via a white cord to his MP3 player, which he carries in his pocket.

Personality: Neil thinks of himself as a very average person, and this reflects on his behaviour as a whole. He rarely does something out-of-ordinary, and generally keeps to himself, as he doesn't like attention. If you try to start a conversation with him, he might seem to be a bit of a snob, but he's actually nothing but not interested. If asked to do something, chances are will look around him with a "Were you talking to me?" face, but he'll do whatever task he was asked to do.

However, due to many things that has been happening recently, (for example, waking up with memories of things that never happened) Neil has been a little more nervous than he usually is. He hates change, as thus such things have a rather negative effect on him.

Bio: No thank you. You said it was optional so I'd much rather skip it. I might occasionally touch upon it but it won't be anything important.

Other: How will you start the RP anyway? I mean, how will you drive the plot forward?

Appearance: Anthony is a fairly tall and bony teenage male with pale skin from lack of sunlight. His hair is short, curly, and black, and he has greyish-blue eyes. His clothing consists of a sweater and pants. His hands are often clammy, and his face usually features a nervous smile.

Name: Nephtys

Gender: Female

Species: Rapidash

Age: 26

Legendary: Suicune

Appearance: Nephtys is large, even for a Rapidash, and surprisingly well-muscled, enough to look almost bulky rather than slim. A few scars can be seen on her neck and sides, and her horn is broken off halfway, with the base chipped badly. Her flames wreath her hooves entirely, to the point where it's difficult to see them through all the fire.

Eventually, as Suicune, her horn will, instead of being a clear crystal blue, look almost as if there's reflections of blue fire inside. She'll keep most of her scars, as well.

Personality: Nephtys has a strong personality, generally impatient and sure of herself. She is a good judge of her abilities, and is confident that she can beat almost anything she faces. However, she has a scathing dislike of humans for not being able to fight by themselves, and doesn't bother hiding it. Though she likes to rush ahead, in dangerous situations she will stop and think before doing anything, and she holds the needs of others as higher priority than her own. The implication that she isn't good at something is enough to send her into a righteous fury, as she has been forced to prove herself so many times.

Bio: Nephtys was not always a wild Pokemon - she was caught quite early as a Ponyta, and raised by a kind trainer. She battled, and found herself liking it - so much that she would urge her trainer to pit her against difficult opponents to build her skills. Her disappointment when she realized her trainer didn't understand the joy of battle, and couldn't even fight on his own made her slightly scornful of humans, and it only grew as she saw how much they depended on Pokemon and machines. Eventually, she persuaded her trainer to release her and she joined a herd, only to fight for the position of leader with the current one. The first time, she lost, but the second time she beat him, at the loss of her horn, which broke during the duel.

@Male Gardevoir: Well, it'll probably be that everyone in the beginning is starting to change, which is probably at least a little painful. And as we begin to change more and more... well, I'll think about how it goes from there.

So, guys, I'm going to my aunts house until Sunday, and I may or may not have Internet access. I'll update this if I do, and if not, this'll stay the way it is.

Appearance: He looks like any other Piplup, but wears a tiny bracelet with the beads spelling out 'GOD'. He has no idea where it came from.

Personality: Played Out

Bio: Zacharias' past is a confusing one. A female trainer had Zacharias I, Zacharias Juniors' father. A male trainer had a female Empoleon, and both decided to breed the champions. The male trainer had a younger brother, who was jealous of his older brother's champion status, and the younger brother stole the egg produced by the two Pokemon. Pursuing the young man, the two trainers tried to take the egg back but ended up losing their Pokemon's lives, Zacharias' parents, in the process. The female and male trainer managed to take the egg back, however, and attempted to hatch it.
A week later, both trainers were found dead and the egg gone. The younger brother, had succeeded in stealing the egg once more, only to lose it and his own Pokemon while betting it in a game of poker while drunk.
The man who had one the poker game was the son of Solaceon's Daycare keepers, and simply gave the egg and the younger brother's Sudowoodo to his parents since he had no other use for it. When the egg hatched, the Sudowoodo was the only one who knew of its origin and named the Piplup after its father.
Feeling awkward being cared for by the elderly couple, the Sudowoodo broke out of the Daycare facility, and Zacharias simply followed it, not knowing what else to do.

Appearance: As normal, but his head crest is a bubblegum pink color, reminiscent of Mesprit's head.
Personality: I may or may not fill this out. Assume played out if we start before I do.
Bio: Francisco did whatever wild Pokemon did before being caught. And after that, it generally went downhill. Unfortunately, his new trainer was a dullard. Someone who was better off just having Pokemon as pets. A naturally clumsy fellow who had trouble grasping the finer points of battle. Never won, but never improved on himself or anything. Instead, he was sure he couldn't go wrong with such strong Pokemon, and blamed random things. Francisco decided he did not want to work with this loser, and so ran away.

Name: Bermudo
Gender: Male
Species: Lairon
Age: 10 years
Legendary: Azelf
Appearance: As normal, but his eyes are a gold color. Also, on the 2nd ridge of his back armor, there are a few small red gems embedded along one side.
Personality: Same as above.
Bio: Bermudo was convinced by Francisco, who needed a strong man, to travel with him, seeking something better than flopping about for some loser. Bermudo went along after Francisco appealed to his desire to be the strongest. Not much has happened to the pair since, they've sort of been drifting, really. Though Bermudo would not actually mind retiring to a mountainous paradise where he can chomp on rocks all day, he is usually dissuaded by something or another.

Appearance: Spike is not a tall guy, at 5'8", but he's well toned and tanned. He's thin and handsome, with deep, brown eyes and relatively long, dark, shaggy hair, down to his shoulders. He often wears blue and red in his swimsuits.

Personality: PO

Bio: Arthur was born into a family of fishermen. But, growing up from his home, in the small town of Dewford in Hoenn, he always thought of Brawly as his idol, a champion surfer and powerful Pokemon trainer. He wanted action, excitement, along with a flare of beauty in his life. After Arthur had started showing up at the Gym just about every day after kindergarden, Brawly started to take a liking for the little kid, and it was he who gave him the nickname, "Spike," most likely because of the way his hair spiked around like a hedgehog's quills.

When he was 7, Brawly began to give Spike surfing lessons, and introduced him into the world of Pokemon. Spike wanted a Pokemon that was beautiful, strong, and elegant, but at first, he was rather disappointed with what he was given... a rather ugly, scrappy-looking fish Pokemon native to Hoenn, called a Feebas. Brawly explained it as a lesson... that true strength and beauty starts from within, but with proper compassion and care, it can spread and shine. Spike took it to heart and kept the Feebas close to him as a pet for the next four years, doing everything from eating, homework and studying, swimming, even sleeping with or near his Feebas, Tanya, talking with her along the way. One night, as he was getting into bed and even started to close his eyes, he heard a soft, feminine voice speak to him.

"Thank you, Spike..."

At first, Spike thought it was his mom, so he opened his eyes and looked up and around, confused. But what he saw was not another human, but a shining, glowing white light, coming from his little aquarium.

"... Tanya?"

What happened next was incredible, as the little fish he had been raising suddenly grew, bursting apart his aquarium in the process, into an enormous, gorgeous sea serpent. Spike couldn't believe his eyes... she had to be the best Pokemon ever, everything he had dreamed one could be! Needless to say, he would need a bigger aquarium...

The next four years, Spike stayed around the island, training with Tanya, his now-Milotic. He learned that in addition to her physical talents and beauty, she was also incredibly smart, and she was capable of speaking, with an incredible singing voice. His singing voice was pretty good as well, and in addition to surfing and aquarial tricks, they added singing to their. The two of them finally decided that they would tour Hoenn together, to perform at the Pokemon Contests, showing off Tanya's mixture of Smarts and Beauty. The two of them took the contest world by storm, practically entrancing the audience with their song and acrobatics in the water. At the age of 16, Spike performed at Hoenn's Grand Festival, against the top coordinators from across the region, ones with by far more experience. While he didn't win, his top-four showing proved himself as a top up-and-coming coordinator.

The next year, Spike was hired with a three year contract at the Cerulean City Gym, in Kanto. He was a star attraction among others, giving performances with Tanya for the audiences. The two of them had grown pretty much inseparably close, but soon his group would grow a little. Only about a month after moving to Cerulean City, Spike found a young Eevee wandering the streets and alleys of the big city. It was small and nearly purely white, looking pale and sickly. He couldn't just leave the poor creature to die, and so he began to nurse it back to health. The Eevee, named Kochi, quickly grew, and Spike also got it acquainted with the water. After about a year, with Tanya's help, Spike learned that Kochi wanted to become a Vaporeon, to swim all day with them, and so he bought a water stone for him. Kochi also revealed himself to be quite smart, though perhaps scared of feeling the same lost, starving, hopeless way he did for his first couple weeks of life, he showed quite a love for eating and food, and was a little pudgy as a lavender Vaporeon. Eventually, he also became part of Spike's show, showing off an uncanny control over his water element, using his melting abilities to rather impressive extents.

Other: Requested a relationship with Arylett, and was accepted.

Is it okay to have two of the same species of Pokémon? Or should I change to Gallade or something?
 
There's numerous humans, all of the 'same species'. Why not have numerous Pokemon of the same too? I don't see any problem, and in fact, there could be potential for a relationship if you two want.

His normal clothing is either dark blue or dark red, With the occasional splash of yellow mixed in. His shoes are simple black sneakers, pretty beat up with holes worn through the sides. Oh, And did I mention he likes to wear shorts?
