Yeah, I remember I said this a bit earlier in the thread, but I recently had a good idea for a charachter, so may I re-reserve a Dragonair?

She has a scar that starts from one side of her face and ending at the other that goes across her snout.
Personality:
Echo, to sum it up, is a quiet and respectful, yet insane Buizel. She knows how to hold her tongue in cases when it comes to her self improvement, but can easily lose this if she's pushed far enough. That's when the insane factor comes in. Her life hasn't been the greatest, and this makes her somewhat unstable. Most pokemon have even come to realize she may just be a ticking time bomb of insanity that will explode at any second. She's held the craziness inside for a while, but even she doesn't know how long she can keep it up.
Backround:
Echo was the only child to her two Floatzel parents, and she was loved dearly. But being so young she didn't know the dangers of the outside world, and while her parents were out one day, she wandered outside. This wasn't a good idea seeing as Sharpedo and Carvanha were looking for something to eat, and she was the only one who seemed easy enough prey. Being swarmed a large Sharpedo came and slashed her across the face, leaving a wound across her snout. She was completely helpless and didn't know what to do, until an Empoleon came along and attacked the group that swarmed her. Echo no longer knew what was going on, the pain was a lot to handle for her being so young, so she placed her paws on her snout to try and stop the blood and she was crying in pain. Eventually the pain overtook her and she fainted, wishing she had stayed inside.
When she woke up next, the wound was patched up and she was somewhere in a underwater cavern with the Empoleon looking over her. The only thing he said to her was, "You're lucky I came across you, or else you'd be dead like your parents. When you feel up to it come find me later and I'll teach you how to survive," not really knowing what to do she found him, and he taught her for a few years how to survive and how to fight. And she even came up with a few tricks on how she could sneak about without being seen or detected.
This led up to the point where she wanted to know what was happening in the kingdom, so she left the Empoleon she considered to be like a father to her, to see if she could get a job in the castle where she could listen and figure out what was going on.

Appearance: Ghastly in size when compared to most of his kind due to his deceased bloodline, he also wields an oversized fan like tail, teeth and crown. There are no spots lining the sides of his body.
Personality: Alabaster grew without true affection or attention. Surrounded by the violence of his clan he knew none but brutality, dignity, and victory. He is not at all bright, wields a horrible temper and has trouble following through with plans but is valuable in his loyalty, quick witted actions in combat, and undying faith in seizing victory.
Background: Alabaster was heir to the leaders of his now deceased clan of Gyarados that ruled the Dark Ruins, a glorious kingdom for those who lived at the very bottom of the sea without light. It was richly inhabited with Gyarados, minerals and small fish for them to eat.
As king to be, he grew knowing only how to protect his turf, his kingdom and all that belonged to him. This turned the monstrous creature into a spirited but dense fighter. He knew only of victory no matter the physical cost of his body. All brawn, hardly a hint of brains. In combat, being outsmarted was and still remains a disadvantage.
This kingdom was brought down to nothing but rubble and turned over columns after an internal dispute erupted while the prince was only 8 years old. The raging Pokemon wiped out their own sanctuary and clan leaving only a young Gyarados, the most brutal, conniving and short tempered son of the king, Alabaster, to lurk in the remains of his home. Since then he has continued his bitter, selfish life lurking in its remains and destroying any and all that dare cross into his turf.
Extra Moves: Outrage, Frustration
Ability: Intimidate
Other: As a Gyarados, anger is key to power. The more aggravated Alabaster is, the more powerful his physical attacks.

Appearance: Carlos bears a large cross scar across his face, the center of which on the star on his face, and going upwards along his dorsal fin, and downwards just below both eyes. Carlos is convinced that the scar makes him appear much more fearsome. Carlos also bears several smaller scars else-wheres on his body, as well as numerous chipped fangs, and all of his teeth have a bluish shine to them.
Personality: Carlos is quite aggressive, and enjoys enforcing his will through whatever means necessary. But, despite this, he is quite the skilled workman, and do just about anything his body allows him to, meaning he's still quite limited, but with determination. His appearance is also quite intimidating, due to his battle scarred appearance, and thus takes pride in scaring those whom he feels necessary to scare. Carlos also speaks in a swashbuckler's manner, using shortened words, and more pirate like expressions.
Background: Carlos was raised by a prestigious family of Sharpedo, originally meant to become a top lietenant in the royal military. His upbringing was strictly militaristic, and he hardly was able to socialise, making him quite isolated. He joined the military young, and made his place there, until under the command of Phish the Third he found himself doing typical drills, planning strategies never to be used, and mostly being more social. This came to himself as a problem, and he left the military after getting in an arguement with Phish, resulting in the prominent scar on his face.
Carlos soon began to learn to do all sorts of things, anything that would make him useful, including; errand boy, messenger, cook (short lived), and numerous other jobs. Soon later the succession crisis began, and unlike most, Carlos saw himself supporting Angel's cause, hoping to regain a place in the military, and oncve again prove his family's place on the battlefield.
