• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Re: BSA?

Who on this planet would think that's a good idea? How do they even tell the "homosexual" mice apart, anyway?

The "homosexual" mice display behaviour typical of a female mouse, IIRC. Of course, the scientists have the make them "gay" in the first place to use this drug.

But it's um, sort of important to note that human sexuality is a bit different than mouse sexuality.

Re: BSA?

Why do you people care about the drug? People aren't being FORCED to use it... it's no different than plastic surgery or gender-changing.

Re: BSA?

The thinking that causes such drugs to be developed is what I'm annoyed at, not the drug itself.

It shouldn't even enter people's heads to change the sexuality of certain people - it's thinking such as that that needs to be addressed, not the fact that gays exist.

But there are people that want their sexuality changed. This is a good thing for them! I'm all for people using surgery, medicine, etc. to change themselves until they can be happy and confident with themselves. Why should someone be denied something that helps that?

But, ah, that's another debate there...

I think one of the reasons that people are annoyed by the drug is that people are discriminating against and hating gay people so much that they want to be straight.
