    UPDATE: your allowed to use your highest rank from either Halo 3, Halo ODST or Halo Reach, you may not want to so its not necessary, but you CAN NOT be a higher rank than your games highest, sorry ppl #~^;; but you can be promoted if you get promoted in those games xP also Halo Reach weapons...
