• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Re: Brendan Namron: Ace Attorney (Case 2 - Part 5 in progress - final trial of the case!) As of yesterday (November 30, 2010), I have an Internet connection at home once again, and almost zero work done on the final trial of Case 2. Filraen, thank you kindly for your feedback. :) Anyway, once...

In Progress Brendan Namron: Ace Attorney (Cases 1 through 3; 4 in progress)

Re: Brendan Namron: Ace Attorney (Case 2 - Part 5 in progress - final trial of the case!) This is officially on indefinite hiatus until I can stabilize my situation. I have every intention to finish at least four cases, but I can no longer promise speed or stability. Don't hold your breath for...

    The "Fwee" Thread

Hey, it's me, checking in to let y'all know I'm still alive. My 21st birthday's in exactly one week (that is, it's on September 23rd). I'm not feeling terribly thrilled about the day in and of itself (partially (but not exclusively) because that's my birthday), but it is kinda nice to be...

What do you think of fellow forumgoers?

*Strife89 feels that he's lost a lot of respect in the eyes of #tcod. He earned it.* Kinda surprised no one's issued a suspension, yelled at me, or anything. ._.

In Progress Brendan Namron: Ace Attorney (Cases 1 through 3; 4 in progress)

Re: Brendan Namron: Ace Attorney (Case 2 - Part 5 in progress - final trial of the case!) Seven days without an update makes me an anxious fellow, so I'm posting the pre-trial bit from part 5 as a teaser. This scene is setting up for a little something later on. It was VERY difficult to decide...

Any progress with the request? :) By the way, if (and only IF) you're not too far into the thing, could you give Skye some deep-blue eyes (instead of the normal red)?

What were you and your partner in PMD red and blue?

I became a Mudkip, and I picked Pikachu for my partner. The ending, especially the text right before the credits, got the waterworks going. I saw a TON of parallels to my own life throughout the game, including my late mother.

    PersonalDNA Personality Tests

Considerate Thinker It would seem that I'm very empathetic and considerate, but not very masculine. Definitely a big thinker, though.

What Pokemon would you, realistically, have?

My guess is that I'd probably have a Kirlia by now; she approached me curiously when I was young, and we've been close pals since. She goes by Deborah, after my mom; her idea. (Being deadly serious, not just saying it out of preference for the Ralts line. Read Ralts's Pokedex descriptions. See...

How did you become a Pokémon fan?

Re: How did you become a Pokémon fan? When the initial craze hit my hometown, EVERYONE my age was involved in it. (IIRC, I was in the fourth grade then.) It took almost a full year before my brother and I were given some cards by a pair of friends. We started our own collections, and I went on...

If you were a Pokemon, based on your personality, which would you be?

As can be seen in my signature, I got Togetic on the the Cave of Dragonflies quiz. In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team, I was made a Mudkip. "The calm type." Based on this, I could probably be a Ralts or a Kirlia.

What Pokemon move would you learn in real life?

Teleport, hands down. Psychic if I get a second move, ThunderPunch for a third. Lastly, Mind Reader and Charge (the latter for charging my laptop, DAP, etc. on the move).

Easiest Final Bosses in video games

How did I forget about him? He took me all of five minutes to beat. Personally, though, I like to think that was intended to be the actual final boss, what with . After the fight, we get a heartbreaking cutscene; the game from there on is amazingly easy. The designers might have been...
