Okay, I'm making a website. It is on Webs right now. I'm having problems with a few things;

1. How do you make moderators? I was gonna make my friend (and the only other user) a Mod, but I don't know how ='(
2. I'm trying to make a Role-play section, but I can't figure out how.
3. I want to change the title of my website.

Please please please tell me how =(
