Before anything else, though, I should probably inform you that "Q" is (likely) not an acceptable pronoun! Pronouns are, for instance, she/her/hers, he/him/his or ey/eim/eir/eirs! Unless you actually want people saying "Revenge is a pretty cool person; q likes Charizard a lot, which is nice" then you should probably change it! Gender is a very personal thing to a lot of members and the pronoun field should not be used for jokes.
