I think it's fairly straight forward. Use Perish song, Amnesia on the next turn, hit as many opponents with Confuse Ray and then baton pass the hell out.

What's your suggestions?

Edit: i'm thinking Facade and Fly might be viable options also..
 
but doesn't perish song kill yourself too?
