Samus' ship has crsh-landed on Planet Zebes and has been infected with Phazon... Again. She has her PED Suit on and is exploring the planet, when she comes to realize that everyone from SSBB is there, and they, too have been infected with phazon. Luckiy she has some Emergency PED Packs that can control Phazon inside of someone. Now she has to find all of her friends and defeat the source of Phazon in the planet, or nobody will be able to...
