I had a really good year - I got all A's except a B in Phys Ed (which I don't really care about), I got 2 major awards and about 6 certificates at my school's awards ceremony, I did pretty well in my musical and year end recitals. My siblings have had good years too - better marks and more awards than ever before. My sister just got the iPod Touch she was saving up for with my parents' help, and my brother received tickets to a musical as reward for an amazing year by his standards.

So randomly my parents call me from my room, and dad says that I've had a good year and that they recognise that I don't get report card money like my brother and sister, and my siblings got some nice year-end gifts - so do I want a laptop?

HECK YES

So I got it last night. It's pretty and handy and I love it! <3 No more slow parents' computers or limited features on my iPod's internet!
