    Oh wait I just figured out the Change Speed function on Audacity. For some retarded reason it's greyed out unless you highlight the whole file and then it changes it instead of like just playing it slower. So yeah you can do that.

    Well, all I really do so far as working with the music is cutting bits off so it can loop properly. So I dunno how you'd go about doing any of that. Sorry :/
