    What do Squirtles eat?

    Hey you know since most turtles eat plants, I don't think I've ever seen a Squirtle relative nom down on some lotus or water lily or anything in the wild. It's a curious situation that came to me tonight.

    My version of the Pokemon anime is that any showings of real animals in the first season were fill-ins for Pokemon they didn't have yet. I guess that counts for Pidgey eating the worm too. So yeah, I think they're eating Tauros.

I'm talking about Electric Soldier Porygon and the earthquake episode - ones that were just totally taken out from showing in Japan and elsewhere.
