    Chrome noticed Ember walk up to the strange metallic dragon in the doorway, but was too distracted to stop. The smell of cinnamon was overwhelming. He entered the bakery and walked up to Pinkie Pie and said "Can I have two of those? They smell delicious!"

    question: Is it okay for my character to be in mortal danger and/or get injured? Or would that be too dark? I have a vague half-formed story line going on in my head, but before I cement any details I'd like to know what flies and what doesn't.
