• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

As of today, I have survived two decades.

I turned the big 2-0 today, whee! :D Sadly, it's not much of a milestone from an "I get to do new stuff" standpoint, as this is America and I won't be able to buy alcohol until next year, but oh, well.

I had to go to school today, but that's okay because in one class I got to watch Mystery Science Theater 3000. When I got home my dad bought me an Oreo ice cream cake and said he's going to get my birthday present, too. It's been a good birthday. :3

...whoa, you can't buy alcohol until you're 21 in the USA? o_O I mean, I don't personally drink, but... wow.

Aaanyway, happy birthday ^_^ Hope it was a good one!

Yeah, sad but true. America's crazy like that. What's even better is that I can count on one hand the people I've ever heard of who never drank before 21.

But anyway, thanks to everyone! I got a gift certificate for Gamestop and a $15 card for Subway (my favorite work/school lunch stop), and considering that I pretty much got nothing last year, I'm very happy. :3

That is insane. The legal age here is 18, but the average age is, like 12.

In better news: HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :D Glad you had a good one, and your decade-surviving skillz are impressive. Hope they see you through for a quite a few more XD
