D/P/Pt battle factory question

does anyone know if there's a document out there which details all the different Pokémon that you can rent through the battle factory out there. because I have a theory that the people in the battle tower use the same Pokémon as the ones you can rent in the factory and having a detailed list would be useful.

No, and yes. Actually, if you didn't realize, all Pokemon in all five things are the same. All hippowdon carry fissure and Fire Fang and all Sharpedo are sashed with Aqua Jet and Crunch are two that I've noticed, although IDK if it actually continues over between facilities.

Now I have to compile this list. Thanks meanie.

please give it to me when you're done :D

There should be a list of all rental Pokemon on Psypokes, iirc.

Here it is!

And if I'm reading things right, this is indeed the list of all the Pokemon you can find in the Frontier.

I think some of the EV distributions they give are wrong, though. I emailed them about it but forgot to follow up, and now I don't remember which stats I thought they'd reversed on what anyway (jynx, maybe?). Eh, maybe I was wrong.

fun fact: the fastest pokemon is an electrode at 211 speed; nothing exceeds except with agility/rock polish.

At level 50, obviously. Also, is that accounting for late streaks with hex-31 IVs? Too lazy to do the math myself atm.

Actually, I had a most-likely dumb questions about the BT as it's presented on UPC, so I might as well put them up now. It's about the Emerald version, though.

On the Battle Factory Guide page, it's mentioned that your initial six pokémon to pick from come from two different groups, with the number of pokémon from each group that you get being determined by how many swaps you've made up to that point. However, I don't see anywhere that actually lists what pokémon are in Group A vs Group B--is that information available somewhere? Similarly, has anything about that system changed for D/P/Pt, and if so, does anybody know where I could find out about it? I don't think it's on UPC yet, unless it's tucked away somewhere obscure or I've gone selectively blind again.

I'm afraid I don't know about a list for any version (hurr, maybe if I ever decide to bring the Battle Factory page back from hiatus I should try to get that done), but taking a quick glance at Psypoke's DPPtHGSS list I am fairly confident that the first two of four listed for any species are Group A and the second two are Group B--this is based purely on my observation, though. I haven't done Emerald's Factory in a while, nor have I ever seen any pokémon lists for it. I can't say anything about those other than that, should you find a list, it's probably safe to assume that the pokémon with worse movesets are Group A. But then you have some where they're all bad, or all relatively decent by Frontier standards, so... ugh.

I am fairly certain that the IV progression has changed, though! Though I guess it's possible I messed up when I checked.

That probably wasn't helpful at all!
