I just want to confirm that the goal is to spend the entire time catching up and shooting the shit and then frantically vote using a randomizer at EOD -5 min, correct?

I mean, that's how the game I ran for my home community went as well, so full support on that :U

I mean, I think 01:00 UTC - 17:00 UTC all work as phase change time for me (I can usually make those times and would probably be only 20ish minutes late if ever) but I'm open to changing to any time if it works for y'all!
