Here is my Battle Frontier Sandstorm Team. I used Smogon to create most of it.

Skarmory @ Choice Band, Keen Eye
Impish, 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def

- Drill Peck
- Rock Slide
- Hidden Power Ground / Fighting
- Spikes

Head Pokémon. Use Spikes a couple times, or attack, then switch. Drill Peck for Bug & Fighting types, Rock Slide for Flying types.

Claydol @ Leftovers, Levitate
Bold, 252 HP / 114 Def / 144 SpA

- Earthquake
- Ice Beam / Psychic
- Explosion
- Toxic

Defensive Pokémon. Earthquake or Ice Beam to attack, and Explosion if necessary. Toxic is for team support.
I could also replace Toxic with Rapid Spin, but I don't think I would need it in the Battle Frontier.

Tyranitar @ Shell Bell, Sand Stream
Quiet, 252 HP / 188 SpA / 68 Spe

- Crunch
- ThunderBolt
- Focus Punch
- Substitute

Crunch KOs Starmie, Gengar. Thunderbolt is for Water-types, but I may replace it with Hidden Power Grass for Swampert. SubPunch is for Special walls.

I know my team has shared weaknesses to Water, Grass, and Bug, but I have moves to counter all of them, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. This is the first time I fully planned out a Frontier team, so I would appreciate it if you rate it. Thanks!

You have moves to counter your common weaknesses, but none of your Pokemon are probably fast enough to deal with the threats. A fast Water Pokemon that is a special attacker could sweep your team with ease.

??? What is choice band doing on a Skarmory? It's not meant to be an attacker; instead it's a physical wall. Stick Leftovers on it, instead. I'd recommend running Roar or Whirlwind on Skarmory, to rack up the Spikes damage. It's sturdy enough to take the hits. And also, consider running Rest on it, so it can take even more damage. Keep Drill Peck in case you get Taunted. It's a reliable STAB move.

You've got Skarmory for physical walling, and Claydol has superior special defense anyway, so I'd recommend you run some EVs in special defense. And because I don't know too much about competitive battling stuff, and I've hardly ever seen Claydol being used, I'll stop here.

Use Leftovers instead of Shell Bell, because it heals more. This is the Tyrani-Boah set, right? In this case, it seems fine; however, you may want to consider a Dragon Dance set, to abuse Tyranitar's monstrous attack stat.

Your only sweeper is Tyranitar, and Claydol can deal some okay damage, but like I said a good Water type will completely destroy your team; Swampert especially. And blah blah blah I don't feel like saying anything more. Feeling like I missed something, but hope this helped.

spikes is pretty much useless in the frontier, as Comps dont switch. Unless you use whirlwind, its pretty pointless.

I've actually seen Tucker switch quite a few times. Much to may dismay (i.e. much to his bringing his Charizard out to kick my Zangoose's ass).

At any rate, you might consider reorganizing the team's roles as Blazhy said (i.e. Tyranitar sweeps, Skarmory acts as a physical wall, Claydol acts as a special wall), then place Tyranitar as the first Pokémon. After all, raw power is important in the Battle Frontier.

Additionally, in case you may find this suggestion good, you could try dropping the Skarmory and the Claydol for a Dugtrio (if you have FR/LG to fetch one from, which I assume you do since you own a Tyranitar) and a Pokémon who can sap water-type attacks (Blissey is an option; I'd recommend Suicune too but I'm not sure whether they let you use it). The Dugtrio would act as a secondary powerhouse in case Tyranitar takes the fall. As coolking49 said, though, switching isn't THAT common in the BF, so, you can even go for a Dugtrio with Sand Veil in order to benefit from the sandstorm. BrightPowder would be the nail on the coffin. Blissey would be able to hold out against threatening Water-types, but Suicune is superior because it still would stand some ground against physical attacks, which is important, specially when dealing with the aforementioned Swampert (which, by the way, Tucker carries), as well as other mixed orientation attackers.
