This plus Mamoswine makes a diffuclt attempt as you want hail and sun. Can't have both, replace one.

mamoswine now has avalanch and rock slide instead of hail and blizzard.

conkeldurr has stone edge instead of bulldoze.

Bisharp has nightslah intead of aerial ace.

I really have no idea what to do with serperior besides leech seed and toxic.
 
Thunderbolt actually better than Thunderpunch on Electivire unless running a Sp.Atk.-reducing nature. But not Discharge. Anyway in BW there's Wild Charge which is better than both, if you don't mind the recoil, but you need the TM to teach it to Electivire.

BTW drop some EVs into Speed unless you want to be 6-0'ed all the time.
 
Try teaching Serperior Dragon Tail. That could be useful with another Pokemon with (Toxic) Spikes.
