Plot
Holes to the Digiworld opened all over the world, letting Digimon into the Real World, and not all of them with the best intentions. Humans, in fear of these creatures, began to destroy them, which opened the way for the 'Dark' Digimon to manipulate others to fight the humans. Soon, the Real World had been wrecked by the 'Dark' Digimon, this event later being code named the Digital Revolt.
Only a few tiny pockets of humans and Digimon who did not embrace the arrival of the 'Darkmon' survived, their numbers only barely making it into the hundreds. The humans were from all walks of life, some rich some poor, and those in between. Even some of the Darkmon realized what they were doing, and though they still reveled in destruction, committed themselves to the cause. Some of the humans and Digimon shared a strange DNA quirk that allowed them to fuse with each other, becoming the total of the shared strength of the human and digimon. You are one of these few. Will you save this world? Or will you destroy it?

4.This Roleplay uses a three strike policy, and if you get three strikes, you will get a ban, either permanent or temporary, depending on what you do, how many times you have done it etc.
Rules about Joining/Roleplaying
1.You should be realistic about your characters, so give them flaws. REAL flaws!
2.You should use an existing Digimon, but this may be modified slightly, such as changing appearance, name, powers a little etc
3.You may have up to three characters, however, they must all be roleplayed with.
4.You can start at the Digimon's lesser level (For example, Tsunomon) but you can start at the Digimon's rookie level if you wish to, (For example, Agumon)
5.Realistic Violence is permitted, BUT don't be especially graphic about it. We would all rather keep our lunches
6.Romance is permitted, but don't be extreme about it, this is not a love story, and for goodness sake, NO SEX SCENES

Name: Masquerade (Real Name: Takashi Satake)
Gender:Male
Age: 19
Personality:Masquerade is extremely guarded, telling others next to nothing about him. He rarely befriends others, and generally only helps others if there is either something in it for him, or if they have convinced him to help. However, if others do get close to him, he is loyal and kind, likely to get himself hurt trying to protect them. The fusion with his Digimon warped his personality, turning him feral and almost beast like, thus, it is even harder for others to get close to him, unless they want to get themselves killed, or worse...
Appearance: Masquerade is pale, and skinny, from years of being underfed. To try to disguise this fact, he wears a black winter jacket, complete with a fluffy white hood. Under this, is usually a red or white shirt, and a pair of black jeans, and some black boots.
Masquerade has long white hair, held back in a loose ponytail to keep it out of his face, and has blue eyes, pale enough to be mistaken for being white, and has a silver hoop earring in his left ear.
Fused Appearance: He gains Hoax's fur pelt, his horn, and his natural claws, though these are fairly blunt compared to those on the fur pelt. Masquerade also gets a long tail, reminiscent of Garurumon's, which enables Masquerade to have almost a feline's agility. Masquerade's eyes turn red, and a tattoo of the design on Hoax's belly is on his shoulder, though you can't see this unless the fur tunic type outfit, which could well be part of the fur, is removed or ripped. His jeans generally do not change, though they gain red stripes, and his boots get a fur trim, but aside from that, remain unchanged.
Fused Power: The fusion results in Hoax's powers over fire to be transferred. Masquerade can control small amounts of fire, and is generally immune to flames, although he is not immune to something heated up by fire, such as a fire poker. He can manifest small black flames, though this takes a lot of concentration and energy.
History: Masquerade was from a family who could not support another child, and so he was quickly transferred to a foster home. He hated the home, and so ran away, surviving, though only just, on the streets, hopping between foster homes who happened to catch him, and foster families who never seemed to seriously want him. This made him guarded, eventually coming up with a psydonym, which he has stubbornly stuck to, even though it has often landed him in even more trouble than he started with.
When the holes to the digital world opened, he saw them as an escape from his miserable life, and did not hesitate to ump through. Once there, he met a Dark Digimon, later nicknamed Hoax, who convinced him to go back to the real world, and get revenge. Hoax was never actually clear who to get revenge on, but Masquerade did not, and does not care, many people that he feels wronged him mysteriously vanishing.

Appearance: Hoax's fur pelt is black, with dark red stripes, matching the fur's fangs and claws. His own horn and his claws are also dark red, and his body is grey. The small pattern on his belly is different than that of an ordinary Digimon of his species, being a dark red ring design, compose of two concentric circles, a line at the top, an three lines at the bottom, on a black background.
Personality: Unlike most Dark Digimon, Hoax is, for now at least, not evil, although he is violent and feral, which has rubbed off onto his partner through their fusion. He is a little bit of a pyromaniac, as is answer to most problems is to burn things, or start a fight.
