Damage Cap: 30%
Banned Moves: OHKO's, 4 chills per Pokemon, direct healing moves, weather related moves and flying are under certain restrictions due to the arena.
Arena: The Weather Stadium
The weather stadium is a large arena used mainly for sports, but pokemon battles have also been known to occur there. The roof can be pulled back to let sunlight in, or it can be left closed. But right now, the mechanisms for the roof are going haywire, and as such, the stadium's workers have no way of controlling the opening and closing of the roof. Every round, there is a 20% chance of the roof opening, or if it is open, 20% chance of it closing again. Any move related to the weather, including Twister and Thunder, may only be used when the roof is open. When the roof is closed, the moves Fly and Bounce are also prohibited, and Pokemon that can fly without using the move may only fly 5 feet higher than their trainers heads.
