If you want something to stop entry hazards and many other common leads, I have your guy. He outspeeds every Pokemon except Ninjask, which he taunts through the sub, and Deoxys- S, which is Uber. Other than that, Explosion OHKOes Machamp and dents everything, while Taunt stops entry hazards and status leads. Thunder/Sucker Punch is immensely useful for breaking sashes no matter in which order the two are played. Its only real problem is bulky leads, which he mostly sets up Taunt and forces switches.

electrode doesn't have usable defenses, although focus sash does help that a bit. it also has even lower attack. thunder is a bit on the inaccurate side. 208 speed EVs are generally preferred, for base 85 neutral scarfers.
