Welcome to the Mintel Region! The Mintel region is a land northwest of Johto. This is a very varied landscape where pokemon and people live in harmony. However, the land of Mintel is under siege by a mysterious group of people known as team Eclipse. This group appears to be capable of influencing or even controlling the minds of pokemon.

Team Eclipse's motives are surrounded in mystery. It appears they are after something, something extremely dangerous. They will stop at nothing to get it. Start your journey in the land of Mintel, encounter pokemon never before seen, gather badges and challenge the Elite 4, and decide the destiny of Mintel.

I think you should move the long line of moving advertisements for other forums to the bottom of the page. It's really annoying having to look at it every single time, especially since it moves. It keeps on catching my attention when I'm trying to look at something else. Also, since this is a mainly RP forums, you should move "RP discussion" and "Pokemon discussion" under "Mintel Region", since those two boards are not as important as the actual RP. Also, I don't think you need a portal to go to Team forums. You should just stick it under the Mintel Region board.

To put it simply, here's how I think you should organize your board, with the boards/whatever from top to bottom:

Mintel Region Commons
Mintel Region
Team forums
RP discussion
Pokemon discussion
Moving banner thing with links to other places

I think there should be a thread or board about how to start. Am I supposed to sign my character up first, or is there something else to be done? You should have a post explaining what to do for newbies, and put the link to it on the top in the box-thing along with the rules and Pokedex. In the thread, you should put information such as what to do first, where should I start, how do I join a team and etc. Maybe make a "Help" board or something in the Mintel Region commons.

Also, it could be that I'm just blind, the default text color is a bit hard to read. You should make it darker so it doesn't blend into the background and make me squint.
