Except Powerthirst isn't really about Kenya. It states (at the end, no less) that 400 babies who drink it can run as fast as (not faster than) Kenyans and then be mistaken for Kenyans and get deported to Kenya, but otherwise has not much to do with it. And Powerthirst 2 doesn't return to that subject (not to my knowledge), instead preferring to state that P'thirst now comes in women.
Here's a thought. If the babies were deported to Kenya after tying with the Kenyans in the race, they would soon run out of P'thirst with which to battle the lions and tigers.
Babies without P'thirst = regular babies
Lions = lions

As an aside, I'd put Cat Face above Magical Trevor but below badgers, if only because the badger series has a lot of potential for spinoffs (have y'all seen the LOTR badger toon or the Transformers one?).
