I beat the Tower Tycoon's Cresselia with Heatran's Lava Plume + Flash Cannon.
My Infernape used Earthquake + ThunderPunch on Regigigas.
And Torterra won against Heatran (OHKO) with Earthquake (although Heatran hurts with Lava Plume) I just made it (but my Heatran was stil OK, though.
I should have used my Empoleon, with no Pokérus (Lv.100, my starter)
 
You could've just asked somebody to send you it over Wi-Fi :P

Also it sounds to me like your pokémon probably already have most their EVs :/
 
When I got Pokérus in Sapphire, I was also using Action Replay, so when the nurse told me about it, I had thought the codes actually gave my Pokémon some disease.
That was quite a while ago.
 
Congrats, I remember when my pokemon first caught it. Had no idea they had it. Lucky I went to heal them or it might have just disappeared before I realized.

I remember trying to spread it to my other pokemon by using physical attacks on wild pokemon then letting them hit a different pokemon in my party. after taking a couple hits i'd flee.
 
I caught it twice in diamond. one from a toxicroak and second from a..... Guess! go on! it was...... >>>>>MAGIKARP!!!<<<<<
