D/P/Pt RMT: Team for Ubers

Exo-Raikou

It's over. I'm sorry, but it's over.
It was only a matter of time before this happened. After paying proverbial arms and legs, I acquired enough pokemon to make a team filled to the brim with heavy hitters. Make of it what you will (or won't)

"The Lead"

Held Item: Lum Berry
Trait: Synchronize
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP, 184 Attack, 36 Defense 36 Speed
Moves:
Taunt
Stealth Rock
Explosion
U-Turn

Remember when I said I couldn't get a Mew? I was wrong, apparently. Anywho, this Mew is a lead. Taunt shuts out other leads, Stealth rock speaks for itself, and I use U-turn in case Explosion isn't viable

"The Sea Sweeper"

Held Item: Choice Scarf
Trait: Drizzle
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Speical Attack, 252 Speed
Moves:
Surf
Water Spout
Thunder
Ice beam

You know and love/loathe him. I've been over him before. He's a good old Water Spout beatstick, and that's enough said.

"The Dark Sweeper"

Held Item: Life Orb
Trait: Bad Dreams
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed
Moves:
Dark Void
Dark Pulse
Spacial Rend
Nasty Plot

Again, nothing to talk of except I actually gave him nasty Plot! For real this time!

"The Normal Wall"

Held Item: Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
Nature: Calm
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Defense, 252 Special Defense
Moves:
Wish
Protect
Toxic
Seismic Toss

Blissey's back, and (hopefully) better than ever, or at least better than before. This time, she's based more around special defending. Not much beyond that.

"The King Wall"

Held Item: Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP, 64 Defense, 92 Speed
Moves:
Reflect
Roost
Ice Beam
Toxic

An interesting new addition to my team that inspired me to go Ubers. Reflect and Roost are there for defensive measures, and just as with Blissey, Toxic is there to bide time until the enemy dies, with Ice beam to speed things up

"The King Sweeper"

Held Item: Choice Band
Trait: Pressure
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Attack, 252 Speed
Moves:
Sacred Fire
Earthquake
Punishment
Brave Bird

Here we have the reason why Kyogre suddenly takes a backseat priority. Sacred Fire and Brave Bird are STAB, and the other two are for coverage. I've yet to test him (I only recently was motivated enough to EV train the guy) But I hope he turns out well

I think this team could be good, but any help/comments would be appreciated

Quick note. Ho-oh's Sacred Fire + Kyogre's Perma-rain...= Not so good. Ditching Kyogre for another special beat stick or replacing Ho-oh with something else. I'd say remove Ho-oh, it's 4x SR weakness really drags it down, since you don't have a spinner.\

Also, that Bliss gets completely walled by SubCM Giratina. Running Ice Beam over Seismic Toss is probably a better idea regardless, in Ubers, but I dunno whether that needs Sp.ATK investments.

Also, I'm not quite seeing how Mew is effective. Theoretically, it is great, Taunt -> SR -> Boom. In reality, there are only two common leads slower than it whom set up Stealth Rocks; Dialga and Groudon. Since a lot of other leads are going to have a good chance of setting up SR, not only does it make Ho-oh an even worse choice, but shows that perhaps a new lead is beneficial. Probably Deoxys-S

I saw Ho-oh's rejection coming (In retrospect, I think I put that up there for purpose of flaunting) But I'm not quite sure what sort of beatstick could replace the guy. Mewtwo, maybe?

Blissey SpATK is at a semi-decent 180. I don't know if that really requires any sort of boost in regards to Ice Beam. Any experts in that playing field (I'm looking at you, J.T.) Will be appreciated.

Now as for the lead... I don't really know. Deoxys-S sounds appealing, but one of the reasons i singled out and searched for Mew was for the sole purpose of having it be able to set things up and go boom. Deoxys can't go boom, and that's a bit of a turn-off. I'm not saying it isn't possible, but I would prefer another possibility.

So what you're saying is shouldn't breed another one and give it SpAtk EVS?

Either way, Mewtwo or Palkia will likely replace ho-oh, and I'm still not sure if I should stick with Mew or try elsewhere

So if I were to make a Blissey Special Attacker (that is how I'm interpreting your post, sreservoir) what should the SpAtk EVs be?

Also, this is going to be Ho-oh's replacement:

"The Space Sweeper"

Held Item: Lustrous Orb
Trait: Pressure
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed
Moves:
Spacial Rend
Surf
Thunder
Fire Blast

While one-half of this moveset sets him up to work with Kyogre, the other two moves are there for coverage (Fire blast acts as a way to help Palkia benefit if the whether should change and Kyogre dies, but it can easily be switched out for something else, if need be)

D'aaaw.

I'm actually not a Blissey expert, but I can give you a bit of ideas. 180 SpA isn't a lot. If it's SubCM Giratina you're worried about, you'll have no chance of getting past that Sub after it's got a few CM boosts in there (unless you get a critical hit in, but I wouldn't rely on that). A few of your own CM boosts will add to your own bulk and allow you to at least try to hit through the Sub. If you're lucky, maybe you can manage to get a hit with Toxic. Honestly, though, I'd try to use something else to deal with Giratina. Something with Roar or Whirlwind that can also deal with taking a boosted hit from Giratina would be ideal.

Also, I'll clear this misunderstanding up: Sreservoir is saying that Blissey's base SpA is 75, which is correct. Exo's saying that his own Blissey's total SpA is 180, which is also correct. Holy crap do not make a special sweeper Blissey words can't express how bad an idea that is.

Well, if it's roar/whirlwind that would help, it would seem that Lugia is the best option. I'll probably drop Ice Beam in favor of it, seeing as how that move's only there for an extra offense, in case Toxic fails.
