No, just locked. Sprite contests were moved to the artist lounge.

sprite armies are freaking retarded (why?!) but I'm not killing this one since it seems to be 'post your sprites of whatever' instead of 'post random people's sprites of whatever'.

Doesn't make it less stupid.
