Show us any instances of TCoD being referenced that you've seen! :D I know that (for example) it was featured in a video about R/B/Y game mechanics, if Butterfree still has that on hand?

TCoD was in this Johnstone LIVE video, where he struggled to catch a Caterpie and double-checked its catch rate (featuring a tiny bit of Nose Club on the side!).
