Ultimate Typetool Broken

Recently I tried using the site's Ultimate Typetool (http://www.dragonflycave.com/typetool.asp) only to have it crash when I attempt to add a fourth type or edit an existing custom type. The error is always a "500 - Internal server error."

Is this a common occurrence or is it because of my OS and/or web browser? I'd really like to use this without it breaking as I'm planning on doing a project with four custom types, including the Fairy type which isn't featured in the Typetool (requiring me to add it in).
 
That is an ancient version of the tool you're using - how did you even find that? It was replaced by this version in 2009, and that was later mostly replaced by the interactive type chart, which provides almost all of the type tool's functionality (including custom types) and more with a different presentation. Both of these up-to-date versions deal with custom types in a more robust way - the error you're encountering is what prompted the first rewrite.
