• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

    My username fits well.

Though I have only returned to these forums with this account for a few months, it has become obvious that I am growing increasingly distant from the community. The people here have always caused a great deal of stress and drama, but it has always been outweighed by a substantial amount of...

Re: I'm not entirely sure where this belongs... If for some reason you do have this ability, embrace it! I'm a little jealous, as I don't have any psychic powers or anything. :(

    Ramadan

Mad props to you for doing this. I love food too much to even think about trying.

What do you think of fellow forumgoers?

I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of opinions about me. And here I thought I was still a notable part of this community!

    Ground Zero Mosque

You're not understanding this whole "promoting peace" thing. Building a mosque in Manhattan is not an act of dominance or revenge and you really must stop seeing it as such.

    Ground Zero Mosque

Why is it disrespectful? If anything, it is a symbol of peace and harmony—which would definitely be more disrespectful to the attackers than the victims. Stop generalizing the Islamic community, please; most Muslims see the 9/11 attackers the same way Christians see the Westboro Baptist Church.

    Ground Zero Mosque

The mosque (which, as far as I know, would merely be a small part of a public recreational/community center) would serve only to build bridges between communities. Please explain to me how this is a bad idea. It isn't even insensitive. There are a number of churches and synagogues in the...

What do you think of fellow forumgoers?

That is, of course, unless you're banned for some stupid reason because one person isn't very fond of you. <_<

What do you think of fellow forumgoers?

Everyone who's posted after me... Arylett Dawnsborough - I used to find you and your posse ridiculous and irritating (see Verne's post), but lately I have become desensitized to it. Rage has been replaced by pity. Zora of Termina - I have no opinion about you either way, mostly because I don't...

Your signature compliments that post well.

Re: TCoDf has highly homogenous ... ideas. I don't think it would. We would probably agree about the biological differences and then talk about how it doesn't really matter in the long run anyway.
