    Course equivalence, otherwise known as "challenge", is when you go to your counselor and say, "I was born and raised in France. I believe I have fulfilled the requirements for French" and they give you a test and if you pass you get the full credit.

    What courses did you select for the next year?

    Is Middle school a lot like the high schools here, i.e. each course taught by a different teacher, bring your own materials, course equivalence accepted, FULL LOCKERS FINALLY (although I am one of the few people who have a half locker), electives, etc. ?

    Victoria still segregates its schools into Junior High and Senior High? Pffft Richmond did away with that twenty years ago. There's just elementary (1-7) and Secondary (8-12).

    In other news, I am looking at the shiny new calculus textbook that just arrived. I am also weeping to myself about "parameters" and "multiple integrals".

    Nah, I was going to buy one and replace it with the Tirtouga because I needed a flying/ice type and it was the only one besides Articuno. Which is a neat coincidence.

    And wait... have you been examining my Pokémon and my style intensely for the past few days (and adjusted yours similarily)? Because if so, I'm going to pull out some last-minute changes >:D (Specifically, I need a dark/bug type)
