    I'm just saying that the only reason you seem to have is that 'Ohio is the coolest/safest state'. In my opinion, the county I live in is mostly safe, and a generally nice place to live, but that doesn't mean it should get its own language.

    The reason Wales has its own language is because it is basically a country, not part of one.
