I went back and managed to read the whole site pretty recently (which is what reminded me of the entry I posted in you laugh you lose), so... the ones where people keep failing at geography get me badly, especially considering it's usually Americans that are doing the failing and it really adds to the stereotype that we don't know of a world outside our borders. :[
Most of the tech-support-ones are pretty bad, too, especially in the ones where people are asking stuff like "So... which button is the 'start' button again?" (I don't think there's actually an entry like that, but you know what I mean, right?) There's that one pretty early on in the archive where the conversation went like "Click OK?" "Click OK." "Click OK?" "Click OK." "... I clicked Cancel." I know I'm not being terribly specific here. ._.
