I dont really use pokemon I catch. I have a team of pokemon that I always use in platinum, and I think it works out quite well:
Porygon Z Lvl 88-Moves: Psychic, Hyper Beam, Tri Attack, Zap Cannon-Nature: Lax-Item: Mind Plate
Giratina (origen forme)Lvl 52-Moves: Heal Block, Defog, Dragon Claw, Shadow Force-Nature: Jolly-Item: Griseous Orb
Darkrai Lvl 53-Moves: Roar of Time, Spacial Rend, Rock Climb, Hypnosis-Nature: Brave-Item: Draco Plate
Deoxys Lvl 52-Moves: Psycho Boost, Rock Smash, Strength, Extreme Speed-Nature: Modest-Item: Never Melt Ice
Lapras Lvl 45-Moves: Surf, Giga Impact, Waterfall, Dragon Pulse-Nature: Hasty-Item: Mystic Water
Charizard Lvl 100-Moves: Dragon Claw, Cut, Fly, Overheat-Nature: Adamant-Item: Focus Band
