• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • I'm sleeping at my grandmother's and I'm sneaking on my laptop. It's so easy to sneak on my laptop when I'm at my grandmother's :D

Anyway, I'm working on a visual piano lesson for Nottie right now; she did say that she wanted to learn how to play the piano.
I don't know if it's because of my iPod that it got cut off, but I'll try to view it on my comp in the morning. :3
I think I'm gonna go to bed now though, so talk to you later! 8D
First off, with your Pokesona, the coloration looks as though it was at least at one point a JPEG or possibly GIF. That's a big no-no with spriting, as it ruins the colors. The parts you scratched look far too boxy and rough-edged and they clash heavily with the rest of the sprite. The Poke Balls I'm not going to bother with because they're so simple there isn't really anything to comment on. The Lu-Gi-Oh is one of the better ones, but one thing I feel needs to be said is how detached the beak looks. Voltango is an otherwise untouched Voltorb sprite with two recolored Carnivine arms (if you can call them that) attached, nothing really noteworthy. There isn't much to be said about the Pichukachu either, except that you should have flipped the tail and placed Pichu over top of it. At least, it would look more natural that way. Kyquazadon is another one of your better ones, though one thing I might suggest is that you smooth out the black outlining on the tail so that it matches the rest of the sprite. The Ice Type Moltres' shading definitely needs work; the colors don't transition well, you left some brown outlining un-recolored, and you should never, ever, ever use indigo blue as a darker shade of sky blue. It's the unspoken rule. And what did you do to that Fire Type Articuno? It looks like you scaled down the sprite (a huge no-no in spriting except in pixel-overs), and then sloppily traced over the outline with a single color (other than that spot of out-of-place purple). And aside from that, you only used two shades for the main body.

Unfortunately, I have to get off now. Good night.
I've played it but I never finished it. (Shame on me! I should go replay that game sometime later).
    I do xD
Normally it's 2-4am. Last night it was 10:30pm, but I wasn't feeling very well so yeah.
'Cause I don't wanna learn French! ;~; It's necessary if I ever want to get a job here but the subject is difficult for me to comprehend. (That and the road conditions are horrible, plus there aren't many doctors around).
    You should, it's a nice country. :)
However, for me... *Sobs* I wanna move out of the Quebec!
Sorry, can't check it out. It's midnight and I'm supposed to be sleeping now. If I had headphones, though, I'd be able to watch it.
Would you like me to viciously tear them apar-- er, I mean, critique them?
I thought the series was rather decent but I never understood how to play the card game.
