so I was looking at the moves and they're mostly just decent-but-not-spectacular coverage moves (also haha draco meteor ... in SPACE!), so I think you could also just write up a whitelist of moves and basically have the pokémon can be commanded to use any of these moves so long as it can be justified based on the arena (or if the justification is obvious, e.g. hydro pump on the OCEAN/lava plume IN A VOLCANO)

it would provide coverage for some pokémon depending on the arena but generally 80-90 bp is a bit less than you could do with your best STAB if it's SE, though you might save some energy (but you also lose some from indirection through nature power so)

well except for a few odd pokémon which gain hydro pump as their best STAB. but uh.
