    You could use Paint for the layout graphics. But coding it...I dunno how you'd do that with paint. o_o You generally have to look at the premade forum layout, and tinker with it, adjusting colors, graphics, and the CSS in general. It's generally easy to a person with CSS knowledge. :)

    Ionno, but the Togepi layout seems messed up badly. The hover links thing is kinda annoying. Also, maybe you should make the rightmenu float to the right, so the text is redirected around it instead of through it.

    My friend had the same issue. I think your going to need a PHP 5 Switcher, which is a completely different thing. I got my code from a friend who got it from Dragonfree, so I'd consult her about it.
