    It's mostly biological, and the way you deal with it. You can do that all you want and still have perfect vision, but if you're nearsighted you can make it worse or better depending on what you do with it. I've got concentric bifocal contacts, which has actually made my eyes stop getting worse...

    that's terrible! You should randomly touch your eye. I did that a few weeks before I got contacts, so I could get it in without problems.
