This is extraordinarily lame, but, I finally got with my now-girlfriend! And I am happy. :3

Things have been awkward for a while, but I liked her, she liked me, and... well, finally we actually did something about it. I feel horribly non-worthy of her, which is a really stupid and unhealthy thing to think, but grehhh.

And, for the first time in a good while, I feel genuinely happy. (: Life has not been going brilliantly these last few weeks, what with stress, karma being a bitch to nearly everyone I know, school being crap, and general depressy bad thoughts, but things are finally starting to look better.

So, yay for me! ...why yes, this constituted as a whole thread, I'm that happy that things are looking up in my life!
 
That's great! Congrats, and have fun. You're rather lucky; tell me, where do you get the kind of fortune that gets you a bunch of non-straight friends and a girlfriend to boot?

...Not that straight friends aren't awesome! I'd just love to know some people near me who are in the same boat.

And I really have no idea at all, I think I must indeed just be extremely lucky. I always feel guilty when I remember most of the LGBT people I know online find it so hard. :C
