(also if anyone has a simple panel with black edges that I can catalog, please let me know. I only have the one with wood edges and it doesn't match the rest of the room I have it in) Already got one!

Omg I'm surprised this thread hasn't gotten more traction!

My town name is Earth and I usually wear a space helmet and a white flashy kimono. I've been so busy socialising today that I haven't had time to pick the game up, but also, I enjoy that New Horizons is a bit more chill if you don't play for a while. Nobody's gonna move out without you telling them that they can, and the worst that can happen otherwise is a few weeds (and we even have Leif to help now!).

My favourite villager is Patty because she was my best friend in New Leaf, so I bought an amiibo card so I could have her in my town again. I'm also working on getting Boomer moved in via amiibo card, but other than that I have... Katt, Pierce (one of my starters!), Rosie, Henry, Graham, Robin, Gayle, and Cyd.

Next time I log on I'll check what panel I have for you, Mawile, but I'm pretty sure I also have a wooden border one. ^^;

This is my favorite part because I've grown so attached to Dotty and Lucky that I can't bear to have them leave ;-;

Oh I actually managed to get one from someone the other day! I should probably edit my post :)
 
Oh, awesome! :D I kind of forgot some time had passed since you posted that, but I'm really glad you got what you needed!

My current wishlist is like... a cute sofa, a cute tall lamp and a cute wardrobe, in pink. I'm also pretty interested in collecting the cute set in blue, though, since I saw a picture of a few of the items and they looked pretty sick tbh.
 
Omg that would be great!! Is there anything in particular you're looking for? ^^ I started playing the game a bit later than the launch date, but, item and recipe distribution is still a bit random hehe

i need stuff to fill up my new bathroom and library/study if you have anything like that! even like, rugs and such haha
 
I'll have to open the game to fully check (that TVTropes mafia thread is so long and engrossing oh god), but I know I have a few different bathtubs, including a clawfoot tub and even the mega fancy whirlpool bath. I also have the bathroom sink, a cute crafting table (it seems rather studious because it comes with a lamp, haha!), and I can craft manga library walls. You know, just in case you want a slightly weeby library ^^ Oh! And I have uhhhh all the basic white toilets (sitting, standing, bidet), a toilet cleaning set, a tankless toilet and a toilet with a wooden lid. Very important.

Not gonna lie I'm only at the start of day two and I'm like 👀 💦

With mafia games like these, my villagers may have to fend for themselves for a little bit!
 
Omg!! I hope talking about it isn't derailing things in here too much ^^

Again, I'm just at the start of day 2, but all the discussion on day 1 really was something, huh? I'm not sure if I fully realised before now just how much of the mafia metagame just involves analysing people's behaviour and mannerisms, even though that's kind of a natural part of the package deal? The thing about Jack possibly not being dead was intriguing, and then funny when MV realised he (supposedly) misread his role's powers a bit, Eifie's shitposting and mindgames are fantastic and would definitely throw me for a loop if I was playing, MV's later post about the OP powers was also a great shitpost, but I'm kind of reading it as them attempting to be murdered because they have some kind of role that activates if the mafia tries to get 'em. The uhhhh Squirtle and Otter discourse was pretty good, and Otter's actions at the end of day 1 (i.e. alluding that being lynched would be beneficial to them) were really uh. Yikes! Lol! A real shit hits the fan moment. (You can really see people just after those actions being like ABORT ABORT PANIC PANIC too).

Day 2 so far (around page 80) I trust Negrek so far since their role reveals seem accurate as to what other people are revealing? However, I don't know what to think of Otter and their role. What other actions could activate their role aside from being lynched or a mafia hit? Or is it all bluffs and japes? Also if MV made any posts saying that they did indeed get the spicy Death Doctor role then I haven't seen anything from them yet.
 
For sure! I only did a little tiny bit to make a little zen garden, but good grief. 👀 It's awkward getting the shovel to make/break things at the angle you want. It just constantly feels like it misreads what I wanna do!
