Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

But the less we talk, the less we figure out about the situation.

oh man this is tough :V

So um. No-one died today. That's slightly disturbing. Yes, maybe the healers got lucky. In fact, let's go on that assumption. No need to make things grimmer than they need to be. If the healers got lucky, then they're probably aiming for those of us who are likely to be killed due to our knowledge spreading ways. But they might not know, because of the whole secrecy thing, so that means that the might heal I dunno, o_O tonight and then Kusari dies.

in other news I don't know what I'm talking about and I'm just rambling so I'd best shut up now because I have nothing else to contribute.

So, we have less than twelve hours and no leads. After looking through each of the threads, I've noticed that this thor1645u9047 guy signed up and then proceeded to not even look at the threads. If no one else has any suggestions, I'd like to trim some dead weight. I nominate thor165.

For some reason, I'm /kinda/ suspecting Kusari. I dunno why. But my thinking is the Mafia uses it as a decoy or something. It's probably false... I'm weird that way o_O

It, o_O D:<

Obviously, though, I can't exactly argue against points that don't exist, so if you've got any reasoning for suspecting me, you'll have to say it.

Anyway, agreeing that MidnightSaboteur's idea is logical, but as long as we have any idea as to who may be mafia, I'd say we at least pressure them first. In this case it'd be Icalasari, but it seems he hasn't even seen the thread yet, so I'd rather not nominate him right now when he's actually been active before. Still, he might've looked at this thread invisibly or while logged out, so a nomination might at least get him to talk...

...well, until Icalasari comes on to defend himself, I guess I'm going with thor165 to die. It's probably unlikely that thor is mafia if it hasn't even looked at the threads, but it might just be using the same tricks? thor's likely purpose (just being an extra innocent between the innocents and losing) isn't worthless, but it's better to lose it than someone who might be contributing something, if we must kill someone when we don't have any leads.

Hehe.... Sorry, Kusari. I edited it.
Anyways, I'm going with thor165 so far, too. *Goes with the crowd; is not original*

Plus he could be trying to avoid getting noticed and hopes that everyone will forget him.

Blarrgh, I won't nominate him until we get more conversation, but for now I'll go with the flow.

o.o Well, I screwed up with my nomination

>.< I am going to abstain from nominating anybody for awhile, now. I see that I let paranoia get to me and that that paranoia led me to believe that ECM was mafia

Frick, there goes any leads now, beyond dead-weight ones and myself. And yes, I realize that I am likely to go on the chopping block this round x.x

Eh...I dunno. It might work...however, if I were the Mafia, I would want to try and steer the conversation in meaningless circles that would eventually lead to people panicing and killing off whoever doesn't have a good explanation.

Or maybe they just like doing Eenee meany Miney moe on the list of targets.*Silly Grin* But...probably either going under the radar or manipulation.

I keep thinking that the Mafia is trying to distract us in some way too, leading to the Kusari claim (Which I now look back at and think that it's stupid.) And because of this, I'm also speculating MidnightSaboteur a bit, too...

I don't think mafia would actually ignore all of the discussion entirely, though. It's possible that thor's just going anonymous or logging out before viewing this thread, but if it's willing to go through that much trouble, it probably realised that "totally ignoring the game" is not a good image to present. And if it's not going to talk then it doesn't need to be any more invisible.

I think that anyone who talks too much is going to be the first surskitty(r) inspects, so that kinda sucks for the manipulator mafia. Won't necessarily stop them, but they'd probably be wary about it.

But, yes, all mafia members can probably be split up into the manipulating kind and the quiet kind. And innocents can probably be split up into the kind that talks and speculates and probably goes in circles because there's never concrete evidence if you're not surskitty(r) and the quiet kinds without anything to say. I'm fairly sure that the talkative mafia are nearly indistinguishable from the talkative innocents unless the mafia says something too suspicious. It's even harder with the quiet ones, though; those ones won't say anything suspicious because they won't say anything.

Also, lingering suspicion about Icalasari remains, and I did imply that I'll nominate him once he's shown himself present. So I nominate Icalasari. The previous two days should just about cover it, though most of you probably already know what's happened.

o_O, can you put your thought processes into words? Unless you tell us your reasons for why you think x is suspicious, it'll never get anywhere.

After a day of tense discussion, it is time at last for the votes to be counted. Only two stand accused, and though uncertainty reigns in the ranks of the trainers of TCoD, one must die by nightfall.

In the end, it is an old suspect, Icalasari, who is called up to the block. He managed to escape execution once before, but on this day, he is not so lucky. If anything, he seems resigned to his fate, a blank expression on his face. The assembled trainers hold their breath, wondering whether they might have at last managed to corner a member of the mafia and brought him to justice.

The blade comes swishing down, and as Icalasari's quilava costume dissolves away, his identity is revealed...

Icalasari is dead. He was not Mafia

As ever, forty-eight hours for night actions.
