I love this week.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were average and boring, but these last two days before Christmas break are fun :D
Today, only language arts and world history today were pretty much the same. I guess you could count FACS (known by other schools usually as Home Ec.) too, but hey, we always watch movies in there :P
In second period, reading, we had the choice of either having a day to work on makeup work or watching Alvin and the Chipmunks. Of course, we chose the movie. We only got the beginning, since our class periods are only 50 minutes.
In third period, which is band, our teacher brought Rock Band, with huge surround-sound speakers and a projector screen. We each got one turn; I played the guitar on an easy song since I've never played before, but everyone was singing along.
A guy named Nick played the guitar on Run for the Hills on Expert mode. It was awesome, but the drummer screwed them up and they failed. It was kinda funny when everyone cheered at the part about 'raping the women and wasting the men.'
In fifth period, science, we went to the computer lab and played games like solitare after we finished our final exam, which was pretty easy.
And in math, seventh period, we watched Elf. The sixth period got a party D:
Of course, we had the once-a-semister drawing for some awesome things, most notably 3 iPod Nanos (white) and an iPod Touch (everyone is planning to get to Dakota now and steal it).
Tomorrow is our school dance. I personally signed up for the game room. I find The Sims and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 more interesting than the extremely loud bass. It'll last all school day except for from the start to 8:30 (we start school at 7:30), when we're supposed to have a Christmas party in our first hour classes. Our class is planning to bring ice cream and cookies. I'm pretty sure there'll be soda too, but I only got to see the list when only two people were on it.
And then is the weekend, and then is Christmas break, and Thursday is Christmas itself.
